Seeing that Suzie made no move to interrupt him, Jamie took a breath and continued.

"On our wedding night, you were tossing and turning. I couldn't clearly make out the name you were calling in your sleep, but you were begging them not to abandon you... Though Suzie was trying her best to ignore him, those words hit her like a physical blow.

But your constant nightmares... combined with that necklace you refused to take off—the one engraved with the word 'Love' in English—the only logical conclusion my mind could jump to was that you were deeply in love with another man."

Suzie remained completely silent.

He had never confessed this before. So, he had suspected her of cheating from the very beginning, all based on circumstantial shadows and his own paranoia.
