The Years Between Signing and Seeing novel Chapter 560

Suzie's face instantly went cold. She forcefully shoved Nadia's hands away and snapped, "If anyone is spitting poison, it's you. You know exactly what kind of degenerate your husband is! If I were you, watching him hit rock bottom, I'd skin him alive myself—not stand here blaming other women for his crimes!"

Her sharp retort hung in the air, but instead of retaliating, Nadia's gaze remained glued to Suzie's chest. Or rather, she was staring intently at something shining against Suzie's collarbone.

A strange, almost hungry light flickered in Nadia's eyes, as if she had just discovered a hidden treasure.

Confused, Suzie followed her gaze downward and saw her own necklace pendant resting against her skin. Nadia was fixated on it.

Suzie's brow furrowed. From their previous clash at the kindergarten, she knew Nadia and Margaret were acquaintances. Margaret had mentioned that Suzie had worn this necklace since she was a baby. Judging by Nadia's intense reaction, she clearly recognized the piece.

But how could she know it? Chloe Lockwood had the exact same necklace. Did Nadia know Chloe?

Before Suzie could unravel the connections, Nadia narrowed her eyes. "Suzie, right? You're David Sterling and Margaret's daughter, aren't you?"

Feigning complete ignorance of Nadia's connection, Suzie asked flatly, "You know them?"
