Nothing happened.

I frowned. She was not a newbie. Scarlett had told me the girls had been trained, had been sent on missions, had learned at the feet of a professional. So who exactly was she putting on this timid little act for? I found it annoying, and the interest I had felt in the living room began to curdle.
