First thing in the morning, Clara spotted Emmett already in the office and hurried over to report her itinerary. Emmett listened silently, making Clara feel like she was talking to herself.

"Oh, by the way, you're going on a business trip this weekend, do you need me to pack your bags in advance?"

"This weekend?"

Emmett furrowed his brows, suddenly recalling his plans to go to the amusement park with Aiden.

"Um, yes." Clara nodded, "Mr. Melendez, any changes?"

"Cancel it."

"What?"

"I’m going out."

Clara pouted, feeling a bit miffed, but kept her smile on, "Alright, Mr. Melendez."

Just as she was about to turn away, Emmett suddenly spoke, "You free this weekend?"

"Me? What can I do for you, Mr. Melendez?"

"I'm taking my son to the amusement park this weekend."

"…" So what?

"Come with us."

At AW Corporation's conference room.

As soon as Taylor stepped out of the room, his secretary hurriedly stopped him.

"Mr. Atwood, I have some leads on the person you're looking for!"

Hearing this, Taylor immediately stopped, "What leads? Did you find out who she is?"

The secretary quickly handed him a document with several photos, "Not exactly, but I found her image from surveillance footage of several stores."

Taylor looked down at the woman in the photos, so familiar... yet he couldn't recall…

"She's been frequently seen around Liberty Avenue. All these shops are on Liberty Avenue."

[You're Emmett's secretary, right?]

[Yes!]

[Can we meet tomorrow?]

Clara stared at the screen, doubting whether the account had been hacked. He actually suggested meeting in person?

Although she was hesitant, she still replied politely, [I'll be in my office during working hours. Please feel free to drop by anytime.]

[See you tomorrow then.]

Clara bit her lip, unable to stop her imagination from running wild...

Could the CEO have some special "ideas" about her?

She immediately shook her head, "What am I thinking? All will be revealed when we meet tomorrow!"

After all, she didn't have an outstanding figure nor a pretty face, she was perfectly safe. There was nothing to worry about.
