"No can do! It's not the right time. Emmett might still be sniffing around. If you guys leave the country now, it'll only draw his attention. Better to lay low at home. By the way, where's Clara? Hand her over to me."

Elio frowned, "I don't need your meddling."

Elio got the message. He said, "If that's all, I'm leaving."

Leah shrugged, "All right, since you've seen through me, no point playing coy. I'm just worried Emmett might find Clara. If that happens, my plan will go up in smoke! I can't afford any hiccups!"
