Wolfless? No! Call Me Alpha Commander! novel Chapter 501

Chapter 501 Counterfeit Core

At that moment, Marka sat inside the room, listening to his subordinate’s report.

“Boss, this is Elmer’s latest design. It’s identical to real currency, even more realistic than the previous batches. We tested this round of bills with the most advanced machines, and they couldn’t detect anything.”

The man’s voice was full of excitement.

Marka held a counterfeit bill in one hand and a genuine bill in the other, carefully comparing them. His face was full of satisfaction.

“Exactly the same. Even better than before. Elmer really is my treasure. He’s getting better and better.” He burst into laughter.

Outside the wooden cabins, several sentries suddenly had their throats slit. Not a single sound escaped them.

The moment they went down, someone else sensed that something was wrong. He had just raised his gun to shout when a bullet pierced his forehead. He dropped straight to the ground.

The outer guards began falling one after another.

Thora raised her hand and signaled. The small strike unt behind her immediately moved in.

A sharp alarm rang out across the camp. Everyone inside reacted instantly, and more and more guards rushed toward the disturbance.

Marka jumped to his feet and shouted angrily, “What’s going on?”

Before he finished speaking, he heard the click of a grenade pin being pulled.

He immediately covered his head with both hands and cropped to the floor.

Boom!

A violent explosion erupted outside. Thick smoke rolled through the air, and the smell of gunpowder mixed. with blood filled the room.

Marka coughed violently. The smoke from the blast burned his lungs.

At that moment, the door was kicked open.

A striking teen in white and green combat gear walked in, followed by a tall man.

The two of them carried an overwhelming aura. The pressure of their high-level wolf spirit spread the room like a mountain bearing down..

Marka and his men reacted and tried to draw their guns, but they were far too slow.

Thora stepped on Marka’s hand and pressed the muzzle of her gun directly against his forehead.

His subordinates attempted to raise their weapons, but Tristan had already aimed his gun at them from behind. None of them dared move.

“How … how did you get in here?” Marka roared, his face filled with disbelief.

Chapter 501 Counterfeit Core

Finished

He could not understand it. The camp had been heavily guarded. How had they broken in without a sound?

And where were Colin and those people from Blue Star Research Institute?

A moment later, realization struck him. Damn it. He had been sold out.

“You’re the head of the counterfeit syndicate, Marka?” Thora looked down at him, her voice cold and steady.

Marka’s eyes darted around as he hurried to deny it. “I’ not! He ran away. Yes, he left before you got here!”

One of his men quickly echoed, “Right… the boss already left. He left a long time ago.”

Tristan let out a mocking laugh.

Telling such a clumsy lie in front of Thora was practically asking to die. He could see through it instantly, let

alone Thora.

As expected, Thora’s gaze turned colder. Without hesitation, she pressed the gun harder against Marka’s forehead.

“You…” Marka did not finish his sentence. His pupils widened suddenly.

Warm blood began to flow into his mouth. He tasted the metallic tang of it before collapsing to the ground with a dull thud, lifeless.

As for the subordinate who had backed him up, Tristan handled him before Thora had to step in.

Thora lowered her gun and glanced at the bodies on the floor without expression. Then she crouched down and picked up the two bills still clutched in Marka’s hand. “Log them,” she ordered calmly.

Tristan stepped forward, flipped open the cover of his watch, and activated its camera to record evidence. He quickly uploaded the data to the system.

Thora rubbed the two bills between her fingers. For a moment, she could not tell which one was real and

which one was fake.

But one of them had to be counterfeit. And this time, the replication method was clearly more advanced than before.

If it was simple duplication, then it meant the forger’s abilities were improving rapidly.

She handed the two bills to Tristan. “Secure them.”

Tristan took the bills, snapped a few more photos, and carefully stored them away.

Thora adjusted her earpiece and gave a firm order. “Stay alert at all times. No one moves without command.”

The order spread quickly. Everyone immediately halted and focused on guarding their surroundings.

Thora stepped out of the room and began searching for the counterfeit production site.

The cluster of wooden buildings was large. During the earlier battle, most of the guards had rushed out to reinforce the perimeter. Those who remained had been given strict orders not to move.

There were not many of them. When they saw Thora and her team, they charged forward at once.
