Chapter 505 Trust Her
The next second, Thora grabbed Logres by the shoulder and used the force of her turn to slam him hard to the ground.
“Ah!” Logres crashed into the wall and fell heavily. Blood burst from his chest.
Anne’s expression grew darker.
Thora was far stronger than she had expected.
It wasn’t just that she was hard to deal with. If they fought purely with physical strength, they were no match at all.
Their bodies had been modified and enhanced by headquarters, and they were even backed by abilities. Yet in front of Thora, they were still nothing.
Thora’s elbow sliced toward Anne’s face at shocking speed. Anne barely dodged it, but the wind from the strike still tore the skin on her cheek.
Thora spun, her fist wrapped in deep blue wolf power, and slammed it forward.
Anne was sent flying several feet back. She rolled twice before barely managing to steady herself.
Thora slid her right foot back and stood firm.
She tilted her neck slightly. Her fingers curled into tight fists, and her knuckles cracked sharply.
A faint smile lifted her lips as her cold eyes locked onto the three of them.
Anne stared Thora down, then suddenly her eyes shifted.
Her red lips curved upward. Her beautiful eyes filled with a seductive swirl, like a whirlpool that could drag anyone in.
Thora’s vision slowly blurred. A foreign will tried to force its way into her mind.
At the same time, the 15 minutes were up.
Outside the cabin, the fight had already been decided.
The counterfeit syndicate had only a few survivors left. After learning that Marka was dead, they had no will to keep fighting.
With full ammo supplies and the experienced support of Harvey and the others, Tristan’s side had completely turned the situation around.
“Fifteen minutes are up. Retreat!” Harvey ordered deeply.
Tristan stood up and looked fiercely toward the cabin. He gritted his teeth. “Retreat!”
“Trust her,” Ashton said firmly.
They exchanged a glance and immediately covered everyone as they retreated.
Their movements were clean and efficient, without hesitation.

The remaining enemies could only watch as they disappeared into the forest.
There were too few of them left to chase. Doing so would be suicide.
Inside the cabin, Anne looked at Thora’s gradually unfocused eyes and smiled.
“Am I beautiful?”
“Beautiful,” Thora answered flatly.
“Do you like me?” Anne’s voice carried a tempting tone.
Thora stared at her blankly, like a controlled believer, completely obedient.
Suddenly, Anne felt her body lighten, but her head grew heavy.
“So it’s not an ability. It’s body modification. There’s something hidden in your eyes.”
Thora’s cool voice rang out.
As if controlled by something invisible, Anne muttered, Yes…”
“Anne!” Logres barked.
Anne snapped back to herself, shocked to realize her mind had just been invaded instead.
Thora, who was supposed to be completely under her control, had clear eyes. She had never been affected.
“How’s that possible?” Anne blurted out in disbelief.
Her hypnosis, combined with her modified eyes, had never failed before. Even ability users struggled to resist it. Why didn’t it work on Thora?
Anne’s failure made Colin and Logres’ faces change instantly.
Colin clapped once. Dozens of men in black rushed out from all sides. They were dressed like the artificial werewolves Thora had faced before, but their presence was even stronger.
Without hesitation, they charged at her.
At the same time, more men appeared along the upper level, each holding long guns and firing Whale Nets, trying to trap her completely.
Watching Thora get surrounded like prey, Colin glanced coldly at Anne and Logres. He sneered. “We should’ve done this from the start. This isn’t the time for one-on-one fights.”
In his eyes, Anne’s insistence on a duel had been a waste of time.
He thought the two of them would be enough to capture Thora. Instead, they hadn’t even touched her.
Anne and Logres stared at Thora, their faces grim.
Thora didn’t dare relax for even a second.
Those people were terrifyingly strong. Every punch they threw cracked the ground.

They weren’t ability users, but their modified bodies made them nearly indestructible.

And she still had to dodge the Whale Nets constantly falling from above.
Outside, night had fully fallen. Rain mixed with snow began to fall.

In the small forest beyond the cabins, a white figure slowly walked forward.
Shiny black shoes stepped onto snow and dry branches. The figure looked out of place, yet the air around him tightened instantly.
