Something beeped. Thompson's eyes brightened when he received a message. "Frost Blade wants to meet tonight."

Ruby raised her eyebrows; she was surprised. "He's taking action so quickly?"

Thompson spoke proudly. "Of course! The three of us were once the main members of the Light Organization. Now that we've all ran away, the Dark Organization will surely ask us to join them as soon as they can."

The corners of Ruby's mouth twitched. "You are too narcissistic."

Then she walked toward the house and asked, "Where did he ask us to meet him?"

"He wants to meet at East Woods Castle. Does he know that this place is your territory? I'm sure you will lay traps there in case our meeting ends badly. Frost Blade's really bold."

Ruby frowned; she felt uncomfortable. Did that damned man remind her of something?
