Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 743

In the biggest underground casino in Glacier City.

“Boss, the casino here is bigger than the one in Las Vegas. If you want to get bankrupt in the shortest time possible, the casino here is an excellent choice for you.”

Stanley Yank introduced the casino to Ruby while showing her the way to the casino entrance.

Stanley was a young apprentice Ruby took in when she was in Country R a few years back. He was young, handsome, capable and efficient in work. Besides, he was smart and hence Ruby took a liking to him.

“Stanley, I don’t have any cash with me. Do they accept cards?”

Stanley raised his brows. “Of course they do. Boss, you’ve left the Light Organization and didn’t undergo any mission for almost a year. If you were to really lose your shirt in gambling later, please don’t ask me for money. I’m poor and you do know that.”

Ruby pinched Stanley’s chin and said, “Look at how stingy you are. Do you think I need my young apprentice to pay for my gambles?”

Following that, Ruby reached out for an exclusive black card and flashed it in front of Stanley.

Stanley could not help but look over it a few times. “Boss, is this card yours? There are only a hundred cards released globally. Talking about this, I’m more curious about how much money there is in this card.”

Ruby sneered, “Your eyes only brightened when it’s about money, huh? Stanley, why are you such a materialistic person? I should teach you about being a good Samaritan.”

“Good Samaritan? I only know that people will do anything to become rich! Boss, tell me, how much money is there in this card?”

Ruby rested her arms around his shoulder and poked her chin with the black card and pondered. “Regarding this… I don’t know either. I stole it.”

“Dang it. Since when are you a robber? Are you still going to do it again? I want a piece of the action too!”

Ruby gave his shoulder a nudge. “You don’t even have a bottom line when talking about money, huh? This black card is not someone else’s. I found it in Blaine’s study room. I bet there’s a lot of money on this card.”

“Blaine?” Stanley’s eyes widened in surprise with his mouth gaped. He then covered his mouth. “You dare to steal Blaine’s money? This is his territory. He would know where his money is spent the moment you make a transaction. Aren’t you afraid that he will come rushing over and slaughter you after that?”

Ruby huffed in a deprecating way. “I’d have overdrawn his bank account by the time he reaches here.”
