Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 744

Ruby placed a fifty million bet on the first round.

She went for Big Bet.

The dice were tossed in a dice cup and subsequently, the croupier opened the lid and revealed the numbers on the dice. Five, six, and one. The dice rolled to a total of twelve and the winner goes to Big Bet!

Ruby had never played Chuck-a-Luck. Hence she whispered in Stanley’s ears, “Stanley, is this considered big or small?”

Stanley stared at the dice unbelievably with his eyes wide open. “Dang, boss. You’re awesome. You won in a breeze! The total is 12 and the score is big! You’ve won the first round! You must be the king of games!”

A middle-aged Mediterranean man who was sitting opposite the table slammed his head in regret the moment he saw results. “Damn it! I wouldn’t have wagered a large sum of money if I were to know the outcome!”

Ruby slammed her head too and exclaimed internally, ‘Damn it. I’ve never been so lucky in my entire life. The moment I played casino games, I won the first round!’

“Let’s continue the game. I don’t believe I’ll always be this lucky. Don’t even think of going home if we don’t spend all of Blaine’s money today!”

Stanley tittered, ‘How deep is her hatred toward Blaine?’ Stanley wondered and said, “But boss, are you certain that you can spend all his money in a day?”

It was Leader Blaine that they were talking about. He had high power and authority. Besides, he had tremendous wealth. Perhaps they could not even spend all of his money in a month!

Ruby was not a person who would give up easily. She slammed the card onto the table and asked the people surrounding the table, “Who else wants to join in! A hundred million!”

Her bold act immediately attracted the attention of the players nearby. A lot of onlookers gathered around them to watch the game.

A few players were eager to bet on the game. They could go home with a hundred million if they win this game. Gamblers would be willing to take the risk even if they had to bet their possessions and lives!

“I’ll join the game!”

A veteran emerged from the crowd and wished to place a bet with Ruby.

“Does the dealer wish to wager Big Bet or Small Bet?”

Ruby was the dealer for this round and she was determined in her decision. “I’ll wager Big Bet again!”

“Small Bet!”

The dice were tossed in a dice cup and a crisp rattling sound could be heard.

The moment the dice were revealed, the numbers on the dice were one, two and five respectively. The dice rolled to a total of eight and the score was small!

Stanley smacked at his head and sighed, ‘We’ve lost!’

However, Ruby’s eyes brightened. She then raised her hand for a high-five. “We finally lost!”

The player sitting opposite them was happily cheering for his win. As he saw Ruby’s excited look, he was momentarily dumbfounded. He rubbed his eyes and examined the number on the dice again. He was certain that he won.
