Chapter 130

Kill you?Sophia sneered, as if she’d just heard the most ridiculous joke, She viciously yanked Yvette’s hair back, forcing her tearstreaked face into view. Yvette glared at her with pure hatred.

Sophia smirked and said, Wouldn’t it be a sin to let you die so easily, Yvette? Death isn’t scary. The real horror is being trapped in a living hellunable to live, yet forbidden to die.

Go ahead, round up all the men in your little harem,Sophia sneered. Once you’ve gathered them all, I’ll even thank you for it.” Once they were all assembled, she’d wipe them out in one fell swoop.

Just then, the chandelier overhead began to flicker erratically before suddenly going out, plunging the room into darkness.

In the dimly lit living room, eerie shadows danced across Sophia’s face. Yvette saw the bonechilling coldness in her eyesand madness so intense it seemed she would stop at nothing to tear the world apart.

Sophia’s face, halfshrouded in shifting shadows, looked utterly sinisterso eerie it sent chills down Yvette’s spine. At that moment, Sophia seemed like a demon crawled straight from hell, poised to devour her whole the moment she found an opening.

Yvette trembled violently, squeezed her eyes shut, didn’t do itgo after them, it was them.

I clamped her hands over her ears, letting out a shrill scream. It wasn’t me! I swear it wasn’t me!!

Sophia sneered coldly and kicked Yvette aside in disgust.

Yvette crumpled to the ground like a limp rag, her legs like jelly, making it impossible to get up. She whimpered desperately, Sophia, I know you hate me, but none of this was my fault. If you want revenge, go after them!

In the memories Yvette recovered, Sophia was always just a background character in the Chandler familypractically invisible, as if everyone had deliberately erased her. It felt like the story only truly began when she returned; before that, Sophia barely existed in anyone’s mind.

After Yvette returned to the Chandler family, for some reason, the Chandlers kicked Sophia out. Whether it was taking the fall for someone else, organ harvesting, or that final car crash that left her paralyzedYvette wasn’t directly involved in any of it.

Yvette thought, Why should Sophia hate me? After all, I’m the female leadthis whole world revolves around me. As a mere supporting character, Sophia should serve me without question.’

Yvette tried to brainwash herself into courage. With this selfreassurance, she felt her confidence surging back.

When Sophia saw Yvette shirk all responsibility, she suddenly let out a cold laugh. So you’re the heroine? You only know how to shift blame and rely on men. What a loser!

Sophia nudged Yvette with her foot and sneered, Yvette, are you seriously asking for it? You know I hate you, yet you still come crawling to me. Do you really think I wouldn’t dare kill you?

Yvette hung her head low, putting on the pitiful act of a victim bullied by a tyrant. She thought to herself, Sophia wouldn’t dare kill me. If I die, this whole world will cease to exist.

Even without Yandel, Evander, or Kevin, Yvette could hook up with plenty of powerful men. As long as she wanted, she’d get anyone.

Sophia, do you even dare?Yvette lifted her head/her eyes flashing with defiance and that smug superiority, like she truly believed she was the center of the universe.

Tsk!Sophia kicked Yvette square in the face, her expression dripping with disgust. I can’t help but stomp on anyone who acts so high and mighty. Yvette, what on earth gave you this delusion of grandeur, huh?

Yvette took a kick right to the face, her expression twisting instantly. Youshe choked out.

Sophia didn’t waste another word. She seized Yvette by the hair and dragged her into the bathroom.
