Chapter 137
Dorian gasped, eyes wide with excitement. He exclaimed, “Holy shit, that’s freaking awesome! Sophia, what is this? It looks insane! I want one for much does it cost?”
Just then, Maelis walked over, eyes lighting up. She chimed in, “What’s that? I want one tool
Sophia looked at the two of them, completely speechless.
Dorian teased, “You don’t even know what it is, and you already want one? Let me tell you…” Then he began explaining Rollie to Maelis.
Maelis’s eyes lit up with excitement. She said, “I want one too! How much does it cost?”
Sophia stared at the monitor, watching as Yvette lay motionless on the floor after being zapped. Rollie, having triumphantly completed its mission, gleefully rolled circles around Yvette, making Sophia’s eye twitch in exasperation.
Sophia kept a straight face, thinking, ‘No way am I admitting this little idiot is my handiwork!

Maelis chimed in excitedly, “So adorable! Count me in. I want four!”
Sophia pocketed her phone and beamed at her two eager customers. She said, “This is just a little robot I built when I was bored. It’s still in the testing phase, so it’s not available for purchase yet.”
“Now this is what I call a real robot! The ones on the market are just glorified toasters, so lame. But this? Freaking awesome! I’m buying it for sure,” Dorian declared passionately, practically vibrating with excitement.
Maelis cut in, “Sophia had made it clear, it’s not for sale yet.”
Dorian looked a little disappointed. He batted his eyes at Sophia, putting on his most pitiful look. He said, “Sophia, can’t you make an exception for me? Pretty please?”
Maelis scoffed at him, “Stop with the puppy eyes. That’s just pathetic.” Then, she immediately put on an identical pitiful expression herself.
Dorian rolled his eyes at Maelis. He thought, ‘Copycat. How lame,‘
Sophia didn’t budge. “No exceptions,” she said.
Though both Dorian and Maelis were disappointed, neither made a fuss. Dorian brightened up and said, “Since Sophia says it’s not for sale yet, that means it will be someday. I call dibs on the first one.”
Maelis raised her hand and said, “I call dibs on the second one.”
After the party, Sophia told Maelis, “Keep an eye on your brother’s girlfriend.”
Maelis nodded automatically, but then her eyes widened in shock. She said, “Wait, Andy has a girlfriend?”
“Wait, you didn’t know?” Sophia asked, raising an eyebrow.
Maelis shook her head and said, “I had no idea. I’ll go ask him about it later. How could he get a girlfriend without telling me? That’s just rude.”
Dorian caught the gossip vibes. He asked, “Sophia, is there something up?”
Maelis looked over, eyes wide. She exclaimed, “No way! Is Andy getting played, too?”
Dorian shot her an annoyed look.

Chapter 137
Sophia realized Maelis had misunderstood and clarified, “It’s not that kind of situation, I don’t mean Andy is a fall guy. It is that the people Exochel girlfriend are just a bit complicated.
“If you want the details, you should probably talk to your parents about it.”
Maelis felt a pang of worry but obediently agreed. After seeing Sophia and Dorian off, she hurried to find her parents. She blurted out, “Mom, Dad, ald you know Andy has a girlfriend?”
Hearing her words, Sophia, who hadn’t gone far, remained expressionless, while Dorian looked at a loss for words.
After getting in the car, Sophia absently ran her fingers over the box containing the car keys, then cast one last glance at the Snow Manor. “Let’s go,” she said coolly.
The driver was long accustomed to this routine. Without waiting for Dorian’s instruction, he simply started the car and drove off.
Sophia closed her eyes, thinking, ‘The reason why the Snow family is collateral damage is not just because Maelis is a hopeless romantic, but also because Andy dies far too young. I hope it is not too late.’
When the car arrived at Chandler residence, Dorian was itching to tag along with Sofia and see the drama unfold, but in the end, he thought better of it and headed back to Stone residence.
Sophia opened the door to find Rollie rolling in excited circles around Yvette, who was already unconscious on the floor. Spotting Sophia, Rollie whizzed over and chirped in a mechanical voice, “Master!”
“Go wait in the corner,” Sophia commanded curtly.
Rollie obediently rolled into the corner and froze in place.
Sophia crouched down in front of Yvette, raised her hand, and slapped Yvette across the face.
Yvette woke with a pained grimace, gasping sharply. When she saw Sophia, her face drained of color in terror. “There’s a ghost in your room,” she stammered, panic–stricken.
Sophia fixed Yvette with a gaze as cold and sharp as a blade. “What were you trying to steal?” she demanded.
Yvette froze, then averted her gaze guiltily. “I didn’t,” she stammered.
Sophia gripped Yvette’s chin and demanded coldly, “Speak!”
Yvette struggled desperately but couldn’t break free. She felt Sophia’s hand was cold and hard as iron. Yvette cried frantically, “I didn’t steal anything. This is my house. Why would I need to steal in my own home?”
With a loud crack, Sophia’s hand landed a sharp slap across Yvette’s face.
Yvette, already shaken and zapped by Rollie, now had to endure another beating. Tears streamed down her face, her eyes full of pain and accusation. She shouted, “Sophia, you’re hitting me again. What gives you the right to keep hitting me?”
Without a word, Sophia beat Yvette mercilessly,
Yvette finally broke down, sobbing. She said, “Please, stop. Stop hitting me. I wasn’t trying to steal anything, I just wanted to take a look at y that’s all.”
“Tell me why you wanted that dagger,” Sophia said, her gaze icy and dangerous.
