The children had not had dinner yet, so they were feeling a little down.
I gently patted their stomachs and consoled them, "We'll have dinner once we deal with this."
I didn't tell Xavier where we were going. I was afraid that he would think I was abandoning him.
It was only when we were near Jared's studio that Xavier realized where we were. "Daddy, why are we at Jared's place?"
He looked at me with confusion in his eyes.
He held onto the door handle tightly as if worried I would run off and abandon him the very next second.
"It's alright. I'm not here to send you back." Worried that Xavier might still get anxious, I said, "If you don't want to go down, you can stay in the car."
Xavier hesitated for a while before choosing to believe me. "I'll come with you." He had a feeling that it was not a small matter if I had rushed to Jared's studio. He also guessed that it had something to do with him.
As expected, the moment Xavier entered, Yvonne hugged him tightly. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?" She looked around for any injuries on Xavier. Once she made sure she was fine, she sighed in relief.
"What happened?" I was not fazed by her concerned motherly act. I asked Jared directly, "What's going on?"
"Someone took a video of Xavier fighting and posted it online. Everyone is saying how unprofessional and rude he is. His reputation has gone down."
Someone even cursed him to death.
"Isn't this school violence? I never thought that Xavier would do such a disgusting thing at such a young age."
"Boycott him! Xavier is a celebrity. How could he not know how much influence he has? How could he hit another person?"
"I heard that Xavier had always been a tyrant at school. If it weren't for his rich family, he could never have entered the entertainment industry."
