Following Shaun's gaze, George saw a handsome man in his 30s, dressed in a suit and glasses, walking into the banquet hall with several subordinates.
Shaun smiled at George and said, "You may not have met Mr. Hance since he has only recently taken up his position in Bellington. He is now the general manager of the Norwich Group in Bellington.
"But don't underestimate him—he's here for some career advancement, and soon enough, he'll likely be promoted to vice president of the Norwich Group in Eastern State."
The Norwich Group's investments in Bellington alone were huge—just the Norwich Mall and Norwich Hotel projects have surpassed 10 billion.
So, the person in charge of the Norwich Group in Bellington would hold a position of power that was not lower than that of any significant family leader. They might even have a higher position.
"Mr. Baxter, you should have notified me when you came so I can greet you personally. Ha ha ha," Nick said, walking up with a familiar smile and extending his hand.
Not daring to act overly familiar, Shaun shook his hand and replied, "Mr. Hance, you're so busy. How would I dare to ask you to welcome me? But this time, I've inconvenienced you."
Nick laughed and shook his head. "It's no trouble at all. I'm happy to do it. Mr. Baxter, I've brought some of the hotel supervisors with me. If you need anything, just let them know, and we'll provide top-notch service."
As Nick finished speaking, the supervisors beside him all smiled at Shaun.
Shaun immediately shared the concerns he had mentioned earlier. After a brief pause, Nick smiled and said, "Mr. Baxter, don't you trust the Norwich Group's security team? But you're still formidable in Bellington. Alright, I'll make an exception and allow you entry. After all, we're friends, haha."
With that, he turned to Ironhead, extended his hand, and smiled. "This must be Mr. Ironhead, Mr. Lynch's trusted right-hand man.
