"No way. Audrey, how could you tell Nolan to leave? After all, he saved your life, so he can't go. Or did you mean something else? Did you want to make him leave this place?"
Shaun smiled at Audrey, but his smile gave off a sense of danger.
Audrey forced a smile and shook her head as she replied, "I didn't intend to save him. I merely thought he was driving everyone mad. It'd be better if I chased him away rather than having him here to irritate us.
"Also, why was he my savior? It was true that Mr. Thompson had bullied me, but he wouldn't have done that if not because of Nolan.
"Mr. Thompson misunderstood our relationship and beat me up. Nolan only helped me because of the Baxter family. I can still tell right from wrong."
Upon hearing that, Shaun nodded in satisfaction and grabbed Audrey's hand. Smiling, he said, "It's good that you can tell right from wrong. I'm just afraid you can't and might be deceived."
After saying that, Shaun looked at Nolan and sneered. "Nolan, don't mind Audrey's attitude earlier. She didn't mean it. Besides, you're already here. How could we tell you to leave? This isn't the right way to treat a guest.
"However, someone has always wanted to meet you. If you don't mind, I'd like to introduce you to that person."
With that, Shaun cast his gaze upon Ironhead, who had been waiting eagerly by the side, and grinned. "Mr. Ironhead, you've been wanting to know Nolan, haven't you? You guys should get to know each other since he's here today.
Ironhead heard Shaun and flashed him a ferocious smile. He took a step forward toward Nolan and scoffed. "Are you Nolan Greene, the one who ended the killers we had sent?
"I've heard about how arrogant you are. You even said that Mr. Lynch was nothing to you. Is that true?"
Nolan looked at Ironhead and replied indifferently, "Who is Mr. Lynch? I've never heard about him. Is he powerful?
