Lincoln looked at Shaun and smiled faintly. "Relax, Mr. Shaun. I know you're worried about your dad. You're a great son. However, you don't have to worry about Mr. Baxter anymore. After all, he's already here."
The colors on Shaun's face instantly drained. Meanwhile, Ironhead narrowed his eyes, and there was a dangerous glint in his gaze.
Shaun asked, "Lincoln, you're joking, right? Is my dad really here?"
Lincoln pointed at the entrance and said with a soft chuckle, "Just look for yourself. Isn't that Mr. Baxter?"
Shaun looked in the direction Lincoln was pointing at. As expected, Archie was approaching them confidently with a cold and solemn look.
At that moment, Shaun couldn't stop his body from shaking. There was no way he wouldn't be scared when he had done so many evil deeds.
He started to panic. "No, this is impossible. Why is Dad here? Lincoln, what in the world is going on? Mr. Ironhead, didn't you promise that my dad wouldn't be here? What is going on right now?"
At that moment, Shaun didn't look as confident as he did earlier anymore. Instead, he was shaking in fear.
Meanwhile, the crowd noticed how anxious he looked and sensed that something was wrong.
After all, if Archie had willingly made Shaun the head of the family, then Shaun would be welcoming him with a grateful gaze. However, he appeared anxious instead.
They also didn't understand what he meant when he said that Ironhead promised Archie wouldn't be there.
