Ironhead looked at Nick and said through gritted teeth, "Mr. Hance, you saw what had happened. I wasn't the one disrespecting you this time. The Baxters are bullying me, and I'm forced to defend myself! As one of Mr. Lynch's men, if I get beaten up by them like this, I would rather die!"
On the other hand, Archie looked at Nick and nodded. Then, he said solemnly, "I'm sorry, Mr. Hance. This is a fight within the Baxter family, but we really need to borrow your place. Don't worry. The Baxters will pay for everything that we break."
Archie was a reasonable man, and that was why he would say that.
Just as Nick was about to say something else, everyone heard a frivolous voice. "Hey, Mr. Hance, right? Since they want to fight, let's just let them fight.
"After all, they said that they would pay you for all the damages. So, what are you afraid of? Besides, the Norwich Group would never interfere with another family's business."
Everyone turned and saw a sloppy-looking young man slowly approaching them.
Megan suddenly looked excited. It felt like help had arrived.
The man who had arrived was none other than Blake.
Previously, Megan did look down on him. After all, it didn't seem like he mattered a lot in the Norwich family. It was fine for her to take advantage of him as a friend. However, Megan didn't consider anything more than that between them.
At the very least, it didn't seem to her that Blake could ever compare to the son of the Norberg family.
