Mad Dog's body trembled violently. He genuinely wanted to stand firm against Nolan, but in the end, he completely broke down. Lowering his head, he said, "I hope you won't make things difficult for Gregory."
However, as he lowered his head, a glint of ruthlessness flashed in Mad Dog's eyes—a silent hint that a scheme was brewing in his mind.
Nolan, meanwhile, rose slowly and walked toward the roadside, where over 30 of Fang's subordinates stood, their faces pale and their throats dry with fear. They stared at Nolan, utterly at a loss, shaken by what they had witnessed.
They didn't know who Nolan was, but they had seen his devastating power firsthand—a blood-soaked battlefield where he unleashed unrelenting carnage. Their fear was unmistakable.
Without offering them an explanation, Nolan spoke in a calm, commanding tone, "Go back and tell Fang I'm going to find Gregory. Tell him to wait for me."
With that, Nolan got into the car, followed closely by Mad Dog and Ironhead.
At that moment, outside the apartment building where Gregory was located, nearly 100 men stood guard. Armed to the teeth, their presence exuded hostility and intimidation.
Inside the building, Gregory's floor was crowded with defenders. Anyone daring to trouble Gregory would have to face these layers of protection first.
In one of the rooms, Gregory sat on a plush sofa, listening to the rain patter against the window. His eyes were closed, and his demeanor was relaxed, exuding an air of complete confidence.
Seven or eight men, who were his most trusted and skilled subordinates, stood or sat around him.
"Gregory, reports are coming in from our teams," one of them said. "Every group has secured victory. With just one command from you, we can launch a full-scale counterattack.
"When that happens, it won't take an hour before Fang is completely wiped out of Eastland!"
