Right now, Omari was like a rat in a trap—whenever Daniel was in a bad mood, he could take him out to toy with. However, Omari was merely the mastermind. Daniel had no intention of letting the one who poisoned him go unpunished.
He had made it clear to the outside world that no grandmasters were allowed to step foot in Qranross. Yet, it seemed these people had completely ignored his warning.
But before hunting down the poisoner, there was one more thing Daniel needed to take care of.
"Where's Alden?" Daniel asked in a low voice.
Omari gritted his teeth, letting out a cold chuckle. "He's dead!"
At that moment, fear and despair finally took hold of him. Daniel had effortlessly defeated him, even breaking one of his legs. The humiliation was unbearable for him.
"Looks like you're still not being honest. That really ruined my mood."
Daniel shook his head and slowly stood up.
A sense of foreboding flashed through Omari's mind. Before he could say a word, Daniel had already launched a relentless storm of attacks.
Daniel's technique was precise–every strike landed on Omari's most sensitive acupoints. Most importantly, the attacks were agonizing but not life-threatening.
The pain was intense and almost unbearable for Omari.
Omari finally gave in, screaming in agony. "Stop! I'll talk! He's still alive!"
Daniel was slightly surprised. He truly hadn't expected Omari to be merciful enough to keep him alive.
"That kid really has a tough life," Daniel remarked.
Just then, Damon stepped through the door. He paused for a moment, clearly taken aback by the sight of Omari getting beaten.
"You're Damon, right? Take me to Alden," Daniel said bluntly, unwilling to waste his breath on a traitor.
