"Shhh. I'm sorry Beatrix, I didn't meant to hit you down," I heard Brody said as he rubbed my back. Pulling me up with him, I wrapped my arms around his torso and let the tears fell freely.
"Beatrix? Are you okay?" I heard another voice and I was sure it wasn't Brody's. "Is she fine?"
"I don't know, but I got her. You need not worry," Brody told that person and I sensed his voice was emotionless.
"I hope you're fine Beatrix. Calvin and I will make our move first," Valerie spoke to me but I leaned my face against Brody's chest, not wanting to look at anyone.
"Let's get in the car, Beatrix," Brody said and pulled me to the passenger's seat door.

I drove us to the nearest cafe that I could find. I was just at the Red Crescent Pack to discuss a plan with Alpha Eddie and also show their pack what my sister, Belle looked like.
As we were discussing, Beatrix mother, which was also Alpha Eddie's mother, also known as the ex-Luna came in frantically about Beatrix not reaching home yet. For other occasion, we might think that their mother was over-reacting but in cases like this where we had rogue alerts around us, it was a big matter.
Alpha Eddie went panic and sent out a group of rogues while I offered to check her school. I didn't meant to hit her down but I was looking on right and left for the office where I could possibly look for Beatrix Anderson that I didn't realize she was crossing the road.
I just knew that she wasn't crying because I had knocked her down. I knew it had something to do with the guy who asked her if she was okay earlier; her mate. I could instantly smell his scent on Beatrix when he came closer to us.
Stopping us at this cafe called 'The Coolz', I parked my car at the roadside. "Do you wanna get a cold drink, to calm yourself down?"
Beatrix shook her head. "Beatrix, what's wrong? You can tell me anything."
She looked at me for a second and spoke up, "I'm so hurt." But she didn't get to tell me much as she burst into tears right away.
Gathering her in my arms, I stroked her hair. "It's okay Beatrix. Shh."
Beatrix nodded and got out of the car. I watched as she entered and being engulfed in her mom's embrace. I felt a pang in my chest. I missed Mom. My mom. I thought, I was done consoling Beatrix and now, it was time to get back to hunting the rogues for my sister to get back in hands.
Beatrix
Mom was being too worried and so was Eddie. I understand that everyone was being worried especially with the rogue problems but that doesn't mean that I'd have to at least inform someone about going somewhere all the time. I need my freedom. And after the damn incident with Calvin and Valerie, I definitely need some time on my own to calm myself down in a way that I wanted to get them out of my head so badly.
I wanted to let my wolf free. I wanted to run. I wanted to break some tree's branches. I wanted to let my emotion out so badly.
So right after dinner, I sneaked back into my room to sneak out of the house through the window in my room. I expertly landed on my feet and quickly ran into the woods.
I wasn't yet far from the pack house and I already was about shift when I felt an arm wrapped around my waist and a hand covering my mouth before pushing me deeper into the woods. I couldn't scream for help, but I knew it couldn't be the rogues.
