“No! No, I mean I got my standard beating treatment, he likes the brutality, but he seemed to like the audience, so I had to watch.” I shudder with Jena in my arms and Doc Sylvia just nods.
She takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. “Let’s get you both back by the fire, get some food in you and clean, warm clothes.” She walks out with the container and mutters something angry under her breath.
Lillian comes back in with a cooler full of food and drinks followed by Wyatt who has a duffle bag that must have clothes for us. He doesn’t stay, but gives me a small smile before heading back out again.
I have never loved the sight of sandwiches and chips as much as right now. She also brought water and gatorade for both of us. I opened one of the sugary, salty electrolyte drinks and almost gagged at the amount of flavor in it. I had to mix it with water to get it down, but my body needed it.
She also brought several sleeping bag rolls and Jena and I both curled into the soft warmth. It has been a while since if felt something so soft and comfortable. We both tried to get back to sleep. But, that seemed to be asking too much from our frazzled brains.

Need to have more of the story to find out about sky's girls and the rest of characters. Book was not finished in my opinion....
I was okay until I started realizing (spoiler) she isn't gonna have 3 mates and only ends up with the twins... So sad, I loved the chemistry between FL and Oliver...
So let me get this straight.. Xavier went from being 18 to 20 to 22 and now 24 whats next 26?? (｡-ω-)...
I get that the author is upset that this site has pirated her book, but when you can only access it here or a sketchy app that costs way too much, you can't really blame people. I would've happily bought a paperback or kindle edition of the book, but for some reason that's still not an option....
I am so confused. Skylar only went on one mission but now in the later chapters she has been to Arizona and broke a guys fingers and to the UK for the turf war dispute. So how could she have been on those missions if she spent 10 months in Maine and the other times being trained...
Will you be adding to the story or is it done. I want more 😁...

i like the novel but Skylar is making me hate her with this grudge she has and i think you have added more POV from other people to get a more understanding of the novel not just Skylar's POV...
Chapter 590 & 591 are missing. It skips from 589 to 592...
