Holden Lockwood: "Go to the Adams Wellness Clinic. Let Dr. Adams take a look at your face."
The car arrived at Auburn Avenue.
Shelly Hale was already waiting at the entrance of the alley. She came running, practically dancing with excitement, and opened the car door to help Iris Morgan out.
"Iris, we finally meet! I missed you so much."
Shelly was overly enthusiastic, her behavior a bit exaggerated.
But Iris told herself to accept it gracefully.
Shelly wasn't just a die-hard fan obsessed with her, willing to go through hell and high water for her; she had also benefited from Iris's favor.
She and Holden had driven Winifred out, freeing up the position of lead holistic specialist, meaning all the patients were now Shelly's.
Shelly would reap the respect and admiration.
It could be said that she helped Shelly achieve both fame and fortune.
Additionally, by driving Winifred away, Quentin Adams reigned supreme at the clinic.
Shelly could openly act as the boss's wife.
With all this, Iris coming to the clinic was like stepping onto her own turf.
The power to control the clinic's fate lay in the hands of her and Holden.
Quentin worked for them.
So did Shelly.
To put it boldly, the clinic was practically her and Holden's private property, at her service.
Shelly led them to the second floor and arranged for them to rest in a private recovery suite.
"Iris, lie down and rest. I'll go get Dr. Adams right away."
"Okay, thank you, Shelly."
"Don't mention it! You're my goddess. It's my honor to serve you, hehe~"
Shelly then greeted Holden, pouring him some tea.
After serving them both, she ran out joyfully.
Lying on the pristine, soft bed, Iris felt inspired.
"Holden, you did brilliantly. With Winifred gone, Dr. Hale and Dr. Adams treat us like family. It's as if the Adams Wellness Clinic is ours. In the future, when I'm injured or exhausted from filming, I won't have to queue at the hospital or risk paparazzi taking photos. I can just come straight to the clinic."
Holden nodded. "Yes."
Iris smiled brightly. "I've seen Dr. Adams's medical skills."
"He's an expert in both standard and natural medicine. Absolutely incredible."
"His custom sprays and herbal supplements are like miracle cures. They work instantly."
"A few days ago, when Winifred injured Kian, Dr. Adams used a spray on him that completely won Kian over."
Holden listened quietly.
Quentin instructed a nurse, "Go to the pharmacy and get a tube of our Anti-Swelling Beauty Balm."
"Right away."
When the balm was brought over, the nurse sterilized Iris's face and applied it.
"Oh, that feels so good," she said in surprise.
It was cool and refreshing. Her face stopped hurting, and her skin felt like it could breathe.
The nurse smiled and explained, "This balm prevents scarring and repairs damaged skin. A few days ago, a beautiful client was scratched by her cat. After using this, the scratch healed so perfectly luminous that her skin looked like two different tones."
"Really?"
"Absolutely," the nurse said. "The client was so thrilled she left her number for Dr. Adams, wanting to custom-order our Botanical Beauty Cream."
Iris was tempted.
A pure botanical skincare product that resulted in such a flawless, radiant complexion? Why would she ever need filler injections again?
"I want some too, Dr. Adams," Iris said excitedly. "If it works well, I'll post a review online and be your free spokesperson."
With a Reality Show Goddess promoting the beauty cream, even opening a factory wouldn't meet the demand, right?
Iris had 140 million followers!
Her daily active die-hard fans exceeded 80 million.
Last month, she posted a picture of a fingernail, saying nothing at all, and just the image reached over a billion views, 100,000+ shares, and over a million comments.
