Chapter 67
Cora POV
Hacker and I shared the drone’s view, finding approximate locations where the shooting could have occurred, according to reports, by following tracks from an old dirt bike that was still visible as an often–used path. After snaking about, it eventually ended up back at this rest stop. We then headed further back towards home, where the other section had been used, and located the same style, a dirt bike, used in the area, and it led back to the other service station, where I am going to assume the rider had left his vehicle.
This was clearly the right area, too easy to track, now we knew what we were looking for.
Dinner time came, and the roast chicken looked perfect. As we ate, Gunner filled in what he was saying, fit in with what Hacker and I thought, and filled in some gaps too. After we ate, Gunner led me to where we would camp for the night. It didn’t look like much, but Gunner assured me that it would be warm and in his arms all night, and I wouldn’t notice the hard ground.
Yeah, right, one stone and I will feel it. It doesn’t look that comfortable to me. But what choice do I have?
I sat down, leaning against the bike. It had cooled down now, and I pulled out my phone.
“Hacker,” I said, speaking with Hacker, telling him what the manager had told Gunner and what to look for. I
could hear the keys being hit as he started the search for the company records, and then we had to think
about the route, which one would it be, as there were a number that went in this direction, most took the
highway, but three went through there. Once we narrowed it down to three, we checked dates for the shootings, and then reduced it to two vans.
“Do you think two could have been working together, one this side and the other our side? The manager said the van did a fortnight’s rotation,” Hacker asked, as he shared some of the information on screen with
“Did you find where the van would leave from? Maybe we can follow it from the base. When we find the two, we can get the boys to follow at a distance, or maybe have men sit at different places and watch them pass, and inform you when they reach that point. Save your power for when they get closer. We have a few options. You will need to speak with Oddball and find out what he wants us to do.” I was full of ideas, thinking that we could catch these people, which had me excited. Guess I needed something positive to do, beyond being a nurse. Although there is nothing wrong with my profession, since catching those three and destroying my trust, I felt the need to find something different, and Gunner has certainly given me that.
I like Gunner, and Scones, and a few others, but I’m still holding back.
“Go to bed. I will call you if there’s more to do tomorrow, but I think we have enough information to work
on for now.”

him to talk and took my small personal bag with me to hunt for the bathroom. Brush my teeth and clean myself up before bed. It had been a long day. Even if it was sitting on the back of a motorcycle, it was still draining, more than Lhad thought possible for a passenger. Gunner must be tired, too.
I returned with two hot chocolates and a banana cake to share.
Gunner turned as I approached, having heard my footsteps.
“Thanks, I needed this,” Gunner said, taking a mug from me.
“Been a long day, but I feel we were successful coming here, and you for getting that information from the manager.”
“You’re too kind; any one of us could have done that.”
“Maybe so, but it was you,” I smirked, knowing he had lost this one, no matter what way he worded it.
We sat on the bedroll. I removed my boots, jacket and jeans.
“And your shirt.” Gunner requested with a rough voice, reaching out to help me.
“You are not considering taking me here, in the bedroll, in the open, where the others can hear us?”
“Why not. Going to go all shy on me now, are you?” Gunner wiggled his eyebrows at me, a wide smile on
his face.
Cheeky bugger.
“Trying to drag me out of my comfort zone?” I teased back, and thought What am I doing? That won’t
make him change his mind.
“Have you camped out before?” Gunner asked as he removed his boots, jeans, and shirt, leaving only his
boxers on.
“Never, only in a dorm at school camps,” I admitted softly, as I tried to work out how to get into bed. “Let me.” Gunner unzipped the side and opened the bed for me to crawl in. He joined me and moved to zip
that by it back up. It was a tight squeeze, and I was glad he zipped it back up, because I could see morning, one of us would not be exposed to the night air, and as the zip was on his side, it would be his azz hanging out, not mine. He was controlling the zipper.
He pulled me to him. Well, I was already against him. What I meant was to turn it so it didn’t feel so tight. Spooning me, one had cupped my right breast, the other on my tummy, snaking his way down to my
juncture.
“You are not really going to do what I think you are, are you?”
“Yes.” He whispered back, nibbling my ear, as his hand made its way into my panties, and finding my
juncture.
“I.. Um… oh god…. Gunner.” I whispered back, words failed me, the worry of who would hear or see, and

the sensation of his fingers inside me had me biting my tongue, trying not to say anything too loud.

“Go with it, Babe, let yourself feel.” He removed his fingers, then moved my panties down far enough to slip inside of me. Any words might have found were lost the moment he entered me, and he started his slow
pace.
It was dark, the only light was from the service station and café, but at the back where we were parked, the light didn’t reach us. I was thanking those bright stars in the sky that no one from the servo could see
us, and I tried. I kept our activities quiet; our team didn’t need to hear what we were doing. But when he started to hit that right spot, bringing me closer to my peak, I was all undone, and the guys hearing me
scream out Gunner’s name was no longer something I could hold back:
“Cum for me, Babe, let the guys hear that I can bring you pleasure, and you are all mine.” It would be like
