Raelynn frowned, failing to understand his logic. They had already negotiated the terms perfectly. Why was he suddenly attaching strings to the payment?

"License the rights for Faye's Digi-Medica database to collaborate with the Longstride Technologies project team."

He let out a light cough and reached for the glass of water on the table.

She quickly pulled the fruit away.

"Wait for NexusMind's call," Sebastian said, taking a small sip of water.

Seraphina looked confused for a second before realization dawned on her. "You mean the database rights?" she asked, pleasantly surprised.

"Yeah."

"They agreed?"

His dark eyes narrowed slightly. "They will."

Her cheeks flushed a pretty pink. She looked at him with even more tender affection, feeling so overwhelmed with emotion that she couldn't resist leaning in to hug him.
