Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 367

The props team reset the scene.

Director: "Action!"

Following her lines, the rookie actress hurled a bowl of hot soup directly into Isolde's face after a round of insults.

Director: "Cut!"

The rookie actress let out a quiet sigh of relief and was about to check on Isolde when an arrogant voice cut through the air.

"Director, the conflict still isn't quite there. It lacks detail. That student didn't react at all when the soup hit her; that's not how a weak person acts. Also, the props are lacking. I think it would look better with boiling hot soup. Oh, and to really show how awful the bully is, I think we should add a scene where she's forced to get on her knees and apologize."

Isolde's eyelashes fluttered as she slowly straightened her glasses. When the greasy broth had splashed onto her, she had closed her eyes and taken it. Now, greasy noodles hung from the frames of her glasses.

But even this miserable state wasn't enough to make her tormentors stop.

The rookie actress felt a pang of guilt and wanted to speak up, but ultimately chose to stay quiet for her own survival.

The director glanced at Lara. "Hey, what's wrong with the props team? Can't even get this right? Makeup, take this girl to get cleaned up."

A crew member stepped forward to pull Isolde away, and she followed obediently without resisting.

These bullies had zero empathy; the more you fought back, the worse they treated you. That morning, she had intervened when Lara beat up Mira under the guise of acting instructions, and by the afternoon, Lara had made her a target.

"Wait a minute."

The director was stunned, quickly standing up. "Now... let's not be hasty..."

He didn't know Aurelia's background, so he didn't dare speak out of turn.

Aurelia turned to the girls from Virtue Academy. "Take her back to class. Send one person to collect your contracts and bring them to me."

The girls knew who Aurelia was—she had powerful backing and was known for being kind. Seeing her step in, they teared up, finally feeling like they had someone in their corner. They grabbed Isolde and quickly left the cafeteria.

Lara had brought Aurelia along to step on her and elevate herself. She wanted everyone at the academy to see that the legitimate daughter of the Ravenshire family was nothing but a servant meant to hold her water. She never expected it to backfire so spectacularly.

Furious, Lara couldn't hold back anymore. She stood up, poking Aurelia hard on the shoulder. "What is this? Trying to pull rank as the Ravenshire heiress in front of me? Are you getting a little too full of yourself? Do I need to remind you what you are..."
