Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 422

What Lara enjoyed most was seeing Aurelia completely unresisting after being trampled on. It gave her an extreme, sadistic thrill.

Preston watched the two confront each other through the crowd.

Kael shook his head, clicking his tongue. "You absolute menace. Two girls are about to start a brawl over you, and you still have the mood to stand around and watch?"

Preston just smiled.

Kael scanned the area. "Preston's got some serious pull. Look how many people showed up." Suddenly, he paused and let out a low whistle. "That little loudmouth is here too."

Preston shifted his gaze. Vivienne and Bianca were standing arm-in-arm in the crowd. Even with so many people, she was the first person you noticed. Preston turned his head away and patted Kael's shoulder. "Distribute the stuff."

Kael nodded, clapping his hands lazily. "Thanks for the hard work, everyone. Preston is treating you all to afternoon tea."

The crowd immediately swarmed over, showering Preston with compliments and praise.

Lara composed her features and ran over, feigning surprise. "Why are you here?"

Preston glanced at Aurelia with a faint smile. "What were you two talking about just now?"

Lara shot Aurelia a look. "I'm cutting out sugar and skipping sweets, so Lia offered to buy me water."

Aurelia didn't want to explain. She kept her head down, ready to leave.

Lara grabbed her arm. "Lia, let me hold your bag. You don't want to carry it all the way."

This was just to prevent her from running off halfway.

Aurelia didn't want to tangle with Lara, and she especially didn't want to lose her composure in front of Preston. She silently took off her backpack and squeezed her way out of the crowd.

"The legitimate daughter of the Ravenshire family is such a pushover."

The extras today were all privileged rich kids. Naturally, they looked down on Aurelia's passive, uncompetitive attitude.

Aurelia kept her head down. Just as she squeezed out of the crowd, she suddenly remembered something. A look of horror crossed her face, and she turned and ran back.

But it was too late.

Lara handed her backpack to an assistant. The assistant suddenly slipped, unzipping the bag, and the documents inside were laid bare for everyone to see.

*The Psychiatric Evaluation Reports*

*Crown Hospital Neurological Diagnosis Certificate*

"Oh my! What is this?" Lara gasped in fake astonishment.

Aurelia, who had just burst into the crowd, turned deathly pale.

When the crowd realized what the documents were, they instinctively took a step back, looking at her with strange expressions.

Aurelia froze in place.

In that moment, she felt like a small, helpless boat adrift in a raging storm. She had tried so hard, but she still couldn't escape the fate of being swallowed by the abyss.

Lara picked up the papers from the ground, her face full of remorse. "Lia, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to. But how could you hide something this big from your family?"
