The director's face instantly lit up with immense relief. "Thank you so much, Ms. Titania. You are truly as kind-hearted as you are beautiful."
Titania waved off the flattery impatiently. "And the arrangement I asked for?"
The director smiled knowingly. "Please don't worry. We have countless medical students from the university volunteering here every year. Restoring your moral credits won't be an issue at all."
Titania gave a satisfied nod. Just as she was about to leave, she suddenly pointed a sharp manicured finger at Hera. "Oh, and make sure you add her name to the volunteer roster as well."
Hera's face instantly drained of color. "Titania..."
She had been enjoying high tea at the penthouse cafe at Commerce Plaza when Titania abruptly dragged her to this depressing facility. Now she was being forced to clean up after the elderly alongside the spoiled princess? The mere thought made Hera nauseous.
Titania turned to her, her expression completely freezing over. "What? Do you have a problem with that?"
Hera swallowed hard and forced a tight, awkward smile. "No. Of course not."
Titania looked back at the director. "Can you have all the paperwork finalized in three days?"
"Absolutely," the director promised eagerly, absolutely terrified of offending his wealthy new benefactor.
As the two girls walked away from the care center, they spotted a wildly aggressive, matte-black sports car idling by the curb. It was 'The Serpentine', a hyper-exclusive, globally limited edition vehicle. Even Titania, who had spent her entire life drowning in royal luxury, found her eyes drawn to it.
The car was completely surrounded by massive bodyguards. A striking man in a sharply tailored black suit was being respectfully ushered into the backseat.
He was breathtakingly handsome. He briefly glanced in their direction before completely dismissing them, looking away with sheer boredom.
Titania nudged Hera with her elbow. "Who is that?"
As one of the first exchange students from Solenforth, Hera naturally recognized him. "That's Preston Everhart. The Everharts are second only to the Ravenshires in Athelvia. He's the undisputed heir to the family."
Titania looked thoughtful, a sudden spark of wicked malice igniting in her eyes. "I've already dealt with those three arrogant Ravenshire bastards. This one actually looks approachable."
Most of the Solenforth exchange students were aristocrats, and several had already established a friendly rapport with Preston.
