Chapter 322 Out of Her Control

Even if he trusts Quinn, there is no reason for him to treat me so coldly.

The bodyguards blocked her way, leaving her no choice but to watch them leave.

Rosalie was fuming. “What are you talking about?!”

Caught red–handed, Rosalie snapped, “I would never lie to you! How could you think that of me?”

Tears sprung to her eyes, which she quickly wiped away. “If that’s how you feel, I don’t have anything left to say.”

She turned and walked away, fully expecting Chase to run after her, stop her, and apologize.

But she kept going, and not a sound came from behind.

She finally glanced back–and nearly exploded.

Chase was walking the opposite way. He wasn’t coming after her at all.

Rosalie stamped her foot in rage, and this time the tears were real.

She knew if she couldn’t win Chase back now, she might never get another chance.

She quickly pulled out her phone and called him.

Chase answered, but his voice was icy. “What?”

“I can’t believe you’d think that about me!” Rosalie sobbed. “After all these years, how could you turn on me just like that? How could you doubt me-”
