Chapter 349 Too Impatient to Wait
Quinn only just noticed Julian had messaged her.
She texted back, “I was on a call with Lucy just now.”
A video call request from him popped up immediately.
She’d been lying casually on her bed while talking to Lucy, but when she saw Julian’s call, she sat up straight and fixed her hair before answering.
Julian’s perfect, flawless face appeared on the screen.
“Talking to Lucy earlier?” he asked.
Quinn nodded.

“About what?” he said. “She’s bored at home. If she bugs you too much, you don’t have to put up with her.”
“She doesn’t bug me,” Quinn said. “We have a lot to talk about.”
“But that meant I couldn’t reach you,” Julian said. “I waited forever.”
Quinn heard the faint hint of petulance in his tone.
She smiled. “We’re on video now, aren’t we? There’s time for both her and you.”
“Is she more important than me?”
Quinn almost laughed.
She never expected Julian to get jealous-especially not over Lucy, his own cousin.
She would soon learn that for all his maturity and calm, Julian was incredibly possessive.
He got jealous over the smallest things.
As they spent more time together, Quinn’s shyness gradually faded.
Julian contacted her whenever he could-meeting in person if possible, video-calling if not.
Quinn finally understood what it meant to be head-over-heels in love.
And when they met, Quinn no longer had to make the first move.
Julian wanted to hold and kiss her every second.
Lucy moving back home only made it easier for them to be affectionate.
Julian even began hinting that Quinn should move in with him.
But Quinn was nowhere near ready to live together.

Julian quickly added. “We wouldn’t share a room. You take my bedroom, I’ll stay in the guest room.”
Quinn just shook her head silently.
“You’ve slept at my place before,” he said. “And we’re together now. Why can’t we live in the same house?”
“We just started dating.” Quinn said. “We can’t move in together already.”
“So you mean we can in a few days?”
“A few days?” Quinn laughed. “Why are you in such a hurry?”
“I want to see you every day,” Julian said. “I never thought I’d be like this before we dated.”
“We do see each other every day,” Quinn said. “I didn’t think I’d start dating this quickly either.”
“What made you give in so fast?”
Quinn said, “You already know the answer.”
“I don’t. I want to hear you say it.”
Quinn smiled at the faint curve of his lips.
“Because of you, of course. I wasn’t planning on dating… but I couldn’t help falling for you.”
Julian’s lips pressed into a soft, quiet line.
Quinn tilted her head. “You don’t believe me?”
aid.
“It’s not that,” Julian “I just… really want to kiss you right now.”
Knowing he couldn’t reach her, Quinn smiled teasingly. “Too bad. Go get some sleep.”
“So… are you going to move i
in with me?”
“No,” Quinn refused again. “We’ll talk about it later.”
If we lived together, would Julian want to kiss me nonstop?
