Chapter 370 Will You Marry Me?
Finished
Some websites said doing it too often was bad for a person’s health. Others said it just depended on the individual.
But Julian ended up seeing her search history, and he laughed so hard he could barely speak.
Quinn was so embarrassed she refused to talk to him for a while.
Their relationship was sweet and peaceful, with almost no worries at all-except for the fact that Quinn often ended up too worn out to even get out of bed.
She hadn’t heard from the Lane family in a long time. One day in April, she bought gifts and stopped by their place, only to find the house empty.
A neighbor told her Victor and Elaine had taken early retirement and moved to another city with Rosalie.
“You didn’t know?” the neighbor asked, surprised.
Quinn smiled and didn’t know what to say.
She understood why they left. Elaine had cared about her image her whole life. After Rosalie’s scandal, she could never show her face at school again.
She’d always acted like she was better than everyone else in the neighborhood. There was no way she could stay here after the humiliation.
Quinn wasn’t sure how she felt.
The three of them had treated her terribly and never accepted her as family.
But deep down, she’d still held out a little hope for them.
Now she just hoped the incident would teach them a lesson, make them live honestly, and stop chasing empty pride.
Julian took her hand. “Let’s go.”
As they reached the car, Quinn pointed to a nearby convenience store. “They have really good ice cream
there.”
The sun was strong, and Julian didn’t want her getting sunburned. “Wait here. I’ll go get it.”
He strode off toward the store.
Quinn smiled to herself.
“Quinn?”
She looked up, shocked. “Chase?”
She hadn’t seen him in ages.

Chapter 370 Will You Marry Me?
Frushed
Chase walked closer. “Quinn, it really is you!”
He’d heard she’d won a major design competition. People were begging her to create custom clothing for them. Even directors from luxury brands had offered her jobs.
Everyone was talking about her now. Her unique style and taste made her designs for clothes and jewelry extremely popular.
“Quinn, I’m sorry,” he said. “I really am. I was an idiot. I didn’t realize the one I loved was you. If there’s any chance… could you give me another chance?”
“There’s no chance.”
Julian’s cold voice cut through the air.
Chase tensed up immediately.
Julian walked over and wrapped an arm around Quinn’s waist. He handed her the ice cream. “Don’t eat too much, babe. It might upset your stomach.”
Babe? Chase stared at them in disbelief.
Julian turned to him. “What did you just say?”
Chase didn’t dare say another word.
“N-nothing, I have to go,” he stammered.
He turned and hurried off.
Quinn’s face burned bright red.
Julian only called her that when they were in bed, coaxing her to call him her man. She never expected him to say it in public.
“What?” he asked.
Quinn glanced around. The bodyguards and driver were acting perfectly professional, staring straight ahead like they hadn’t heard a thing.
“You can’t just call me that,” she said.
“You’re right,” Julian said. “I shouldn’t-not until you say yes.”
“What?”
Julian suddenly dropped to one knee. In his hand was a stunning diamond ring.
“Quinn,” he said softly. “Will you marry me?”
