Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 3604

"Heh!"

Marina was truly speechless.

Summer's voice turned serious. "Trixie has always been insecure ever since she started dating him, so she put a tracker on his phone ages ago. She probably saw you two together and got suspicious."

While angry, Marina suddenly thought of something. "What did Colby major in?"

"Computer science for his undergrad, and I think he chose business management for his master's," Summer replied.

Marina seemed to remember Trixie mentioning this at a party. Now that it was confirmed, her suspicions deepened. Colby was a tech guy. How could he possibly not know that his phone had been tracked by Trixie all this time? Furthermore, today's events were highly suspicious. Trixie had been absolutely furious, yet he hadn't offered a single word of explanation, letting the misunderstanding fester!

Hanging up the phone, the more Marina thought about it, the more she felt things weren't that simple. She pulled out her phone to send Trixie a message: 'Calm down, don't let yourself get played!'

However, as the message was sent, a notification popped up saying it failed to deliver. She was no longer on the other party's friend list.

Trixie had blocked her!

Marina suddenly found the entire situation utterly laughable.

It was quite late by the time Carson returned to the apartment. Opening the door, he saw Marina sitting on the sofa looking at her phone.

He took off his coat, walked over, and sat down beside her. "Why aren't the lights on?"

Marina was looking through her high school photos. For years, these pictures had been stored in a private album on a social networking site. Back then, she, Trixie, and Summer were so close. Trixie was just as sweet and cute as her name implied. The three of them studied together, dreamed about the future together, and gossiped about their secret crushes. There was nothing they couldn't talk about.

After spending three years together, even though they went to different universities later on, they still kept in touch. During the winter break of their freshman year, Trixie had hugged them and bawled her eyes out because she missed them so much.

She had always believed that this kind of bond would last a lifetime. Even though she and Summer knew Trixie could be a bit petty, they felt it was harmless and never took it to heart.

But no matter how deep the bond, there would come a day when it soured.

A single man had become the ultimate test of their friendship!
