Chapter 54
Christmas and new year came and went quickly. All of us hanging out like we were always meant to be together. Amy and Mia’s appearance in our lives have proven to make our whole atmosphere brighter. Even my mom and dad smile more with them around. Walker and Dallas have both turned eighteen unfortunately neither of them has found their mates yet though.
Amy finally got her cast off, and they say her skull has healed. Everything in our world is finally working out for the better. We’re happy, we all are, and it’s the end of March so the cold weather is finally going away. Making it easier for us to all hang outside with Amy. Dallas and I were having to sandwich her at some points because she’d just get too cold. Most of the time we would just end up going inside, regardless of Amy’s protest that she could handle it. Now, I no longer have to share her with him. I’ve gotten over my jealously of there relationship for the most part, but still doesn’t mean I’d liked having him holding her.
End of March also means Cole is turning eighteen and Mia is turning seventeen, so Amy’s been all about planning their parties. It’s cute to watch her take care of her friends, especially after the horrible birthday she
had.
Amy and I are sitting in our dad’s office while my mom and her go over some last-minute party plans, and I just watch her. Her head swings to me with a giant smile on her face, “What?” She asks suspiciously. I chuckle, ” Nothing, just like watching you work.” I flirt and wink at her. Unfortunately, we still haven’t gone all the way. Regardless of how much I want to, I’m taking it at her pace, I don’t want to rush her. Though we’ve had a couple sessions where it was pretty close. I’ve taken quite a few cold showers the past few months.
I see her eyes change colors as the lust in her takes over. I know she’s getting close, but I’m just sitting back waiting for her to trust me with this part of her. My mom seems to get the hint, as she pushes us out of the office saying she’ll finish up here, and for us to go have fun, but not too much fun. I rolled my eyes at her, as did Amy with red cheeks.
We head downstairs to the game room, and everybody’s already down there. I grab a soda out of the fridge for her and me, while she goes and talks to Mia. I hand it to her and she thanks me with a smile. Her smile alone makes me want her. I want to kick all of our friends out and have my way with her, but I know I can’t… Yet… I walk over to Walker and grab a pool stick off the rack. He and Mia have been getting closer over the past few months and have already taken that step. I lean down and hit the stripes ball towards the corner left pocket and miss, throwing my head down sighing. He pats my shoulder and chuckles, like he understands my dilemma and can read it all over my face. I smirk up at him, and lean back giving him room to take his shot.
Mia comes over and grabs Walker on both his sides, causing him to miss his shot then kisses him. Amy laughs and then kisses me, “We’re leaving. I’ll see you guys tonight.” She says sweetly, and grabs Mia’s hand as they walk upstairs. I look at Walker confused on where they’re going and he just shrugs.
