“What brings you here, Felix? If you don’t have something productive to say then leave from the same way.” I said in an irritated tone because he always found a way to tease me.

“I won’t rip you naked of your leftover dignity, Logan but on a serious note,” He sounded curious, “How did you manage to convince her to stay home?”

“I didn’t do something tricky. I just asked her to stay home and take care of me and she agreed.” I lied through my teeth and it sounded convincing because my face didn’t give away any loose expression.

“Okay, I will believe you if you want me to but I don’t understand one thing,” He paused and again faced me, “Why do you want her to stay home with you when you clearly want to end your marriage and start a new life with Raelynn.”
