He breathed a sigh of relief. After hanging up, he felt his chilled body finally warm up a bit. "Moonlight is found. She wasn't starved or beaten; she's perfectly fine. That photo earlier was just Lucas trying to scare you. It wasn't Moonlight's blood."

The money was paid, the person was gone, and Lucas was probably on the plane right now.

Juniper quickly stood up and headed for the door.

As she passed Finn, she heard him still warning the female assistant. "Didn't I tell you you're not allowed here?"

The assistant was clearly spoiled. She reached out to hook his arm. "Boss, I sent you several messages and you didn't reply, so I guessed you might be here."

Finn pulled her hand off.

Realizing she had crossed his bottom line this time, the assistant quickly apologized. "I'm sorry. I won't come over next time."

Juniper walked past her without looking sideways, with Nelson trailing behind.

Nelson dropped a word of advice to Finn. "You better clean up this mess soon, or you're going to play yourself to death sooner or later."
