He Never Loved Me Until the Day I Finally Left Him novel Chapter 186

Helena's face twisted with desperate anxiety.

But she didn't dare fight back, terrified that Sebastian would do something even more unhinged.

Suddenly, he broke the kiss.

She immediately opened her mouth to shout to her brother.

But in the very next second, Sebastian used his silk tie to silence her.

The heavy scent of smoke and liquor flooded her senses, making her stomach heave, but she couldn't make a single sound.

The hot breath from his lips brushed against her ear, laced with a twisted, sadistic satisfaction.

"Helena, if you make me unhappy, I have a million ways to make your life a living hell every single day," he whispered darkly, biting down hard on the shell of her ear.

She broke into a cold sweat from the sharp pain.

But she had no energy to care about what he was doing to her.

All of her focus was laser-locked on Wynn outside the door.

"Distracted?" Sebastian scoffed. "How do you think Wynn would feel if he saw his beloved sister pinned beneath me, completely powerless to fight back?"

Helena's eyes blew wide.

She genuinely believed he was twisted enough to open the door and let Wynn watch.

She truly believed he had lost his mind.

She shook her head frantically.

"What, afraid he'll see?" His voice dropped low, sounding like a demon straight out of hell. "Beg me, Helena. Hmm?"

With that, he yanked her up slightly.

He stared down at her with the arrogant dominance of a king surveying his conquered territory.

Truth be told, the physical power dynamic intoxicated him.

He knew perfectly well that Helena was not his ultimate choice, but he was addicted to the physical chemistry they shared in bed.

It was a dark, primal satisfaction that no one else could give him.

The more he broke her, the more intensely aroused he became.

Helena watched as he pulled the tie from her mouth and tossed it carelessly to the floor.

Then, she heard Wynn cry out.

Followed by a chaotic crashing sound.

Absolute horror flooded Helena's eyes.

She knew instantly what had happened. Wynn had panicked and tried to force himself out of the wheelchair.

But with his legs paralyzed, he had simply collapsed onto the hard floor.

Sure enough, an agonized groan echoed from the hallway.

Sebastian stared down at her, his eyes predatory. "Scared yet? Helena, without my orders, no one will dare lift a finger to help him. How long do you think his broken body can survive on the floor?"

His words wrapped around her throat like a noose, suffocating her.

Her expressions fractured, changing rapidly.

She knew that holding onto her pride would cost Wynn his life, and that was a gamble she couldn't afford.

Resentment burned fiercely in her eyes.

But faced with the crushing reality, she slowly lowered her head, her spirit breaking. "Sebastian, I'm begging you. Please... spare Wynn."
