Chapter 54
Lyra turned away from the others and walked toward the eastern beam of light.
She had all the items she needed.
If she ever ran short, she could just loot them in the game.
But things meant for the country could only come from this prize pool.
She stepped into the beam of light, watching a parade of resources and food whizz by. Her mouth watered at the sight
[Congratulations to Draconian player Lyra Vance for drawing an S Tier reward: Vital Flame 10 for all Draconian citizer
At the mission entrance, after Lyra stepped out of the beam of light, she saw everyone staring at her.
Her third S Tier reward-three rounds, three S Tiers in a row. Unreal.
Lina’s jaw dropped. Lydia almost let her knife slip from her hand. Sergei just plopped right down on the floor.
Alex, who had just put away his chalk, froze with his hand still on his chest, his grin stuck halfway.
No one had any idea what this Vital Flame was, but if it was S Tier, it had to be something amazing.
On the Draconia Live Channel, the chat froze for two seconds.
LyraMyldol: [Three… three S Tiers, seriously?]
BornToCuss: [Did I just see that right? Three S Tiers in three rounds? No way!]
NeverAteVeggies: [What’s Vital Flame +10 supposed to do?]
LuckyKoi: [I have no idea. All the previous real-world rewards were just resources, so this is the first time we’ve seen something like this.]
LyraGOAT: [We’ll know when Goddess Lyra gets back.]
GoDraconia: (What kind of luck does Goddess Lyra have? No, this is unreal!]
The USChamp spammer just vanished from the chat.
Not a single message from him now.
LyraSuperfan: [Huh? Where did the Aurelia viewers go?]
BornToCuss: [They bailed! Bet they’re green with envy!)
NeverAteVeggies: [Flexing over just one S Tier, while the real MVP pulled three and hasn’t even said anything yet |
At the mission entrance, Lina dashed over, her voice cracking with excitement.
“Three S Tiers! Lyra, are you some kind of goddess or what?”
Lyra tilted her head, thinking for a moment. “I don’t think so.”

Lina clutched her chest and took a step back. “Are you sure you’re not the System’s favorite?”
“Definitely not!” Lyra replied.
Lydia walked over, repeating her favorite word. “Awesome, awesome, awesome…
Lyra glanced at her. “Your Draconian is getting pretty good.”
Lydia straightened up, looking proud.
Sergei scrambled to his feet and squeezed in, grinning. “Vance, cool!”

Alex stood about ten steps away, clutching his chalk pouch. The smug look he’d had just moments ago was gone.
He’d thought he was the coolest guy in the room.
But now, Lyra was stealing his thunder again.
[System detected: Draconian player Lyra Vance just pulled a Vital Flame item.]
[Bringing up the attribute panel for Draconian players and citizens.]
Lyra paused. ‘What the heck is this?’
[All Draconian citizens can now check their physical attributes through the attribute panel.]
The System’s announcement continued, but this time, the pace was noticeably slower, each word pronounced with deliberate clarity.
[Note: Everyone has three Vital Flames.]
[The one above your head is the Celestial Vital Flame-your spirit flame.]
[The one on your left shoulder is the Human Vital Flame-your soul flame.]
[The one on your right shoulder is the Earth Vital Flame-your physical flame.]
[When all three Vital Flames are burning bright, they can repel evil and protect you from the supernatural.]
As soon as the announcement finished, a translucent panel popped up in front of Lyra.
It listed her name, Draconia, her current condition, and at the bottom, three lines showing the values for each of her Vital
Flames.
Celestial Vital Flame: *** (+10)
Human Vital Flame: ***
Earth Vital Flame:
Aside from the “-10” in red next to the Celestial Vital Flame, everything else just showed. What are those supposed to mean?’ Lyra wondered.
Lyra stared at the panel for a couple seconds, then tapped at it in midair. The panel wobbled in response.
‘Looks like it’s interactive, she thought.
Lina leaned in, curiosity all over her face. “Lyra, what’s this attribute panel the System was talking about?”

Chapter 54
“Wait, you can’t see it? Lyra blinked, genuinely surprised.
“Huh? Lina looked around. “Attribute panel? I don’t see anything.”
Lyra wondered to herself. So this thing is only visible to me?
On the Draconia Live Channel.
The chat went absolutely wild the moment the System finished its announcement.
LyraMyldol: [I got it! The panel just popped up in front of me!]
NeverAteVeggies: [Damn! Me too! Just thought about it and it appeared!]
BornToCuss: [My Celestial Vital Flame just got 10! That’s my spirit flame!]
LyraGOAT: [Mine went to the Human Vital Flame! Soul flame +10!]
LuckyKoi: [Is it always just one? Looks like I got 3, 3, and 4 across the three flames.]
AnotherDayAlive: [Mine went to the Earth Vital Flame! Everyone’s getting it in different places! You got all three? Lucky!]
LyraSuperfan: [Three Vital Flames to ward off ghosts and evil. Isn’t that just an old wives’ tale? So it’s actually real?]
GoDraconia: [So we all have these flames inside us? They’ve been there all along, we just couldn’t see them?]
NeverAteVeggies: [Hold up, guys, look at your stats! There’s more than just the three Vital Flames-there’s constitution, spirit, strength, speed. They all have numbers now!]
LyraMyldol: [No way, for real! My constitution’s only 6, spirit 4, strength 8. Is that, like, super low or what?]
BornToCuss: [Yo, any guesses what Goddess Lyra’s stats look like?]
LuckyKoi: [I’m calling it-Goddess Lyra’s spirit has to be at least 100!]
AnotherDayAlive: [It’s not just in the game anymore-now we can actually see our real-life stats! This is wild! So awesome!]
BornToCuss: [And Draconia is the only country that gets this! Feels good!]
At the Command Center, everyone was staring at the translucent panel that had just popped up out of nowhere.
A communications officer held up his hand, turning it over and over, and the panel moved with his gaze.
“Uh… the communications officer muttered.
His buddy scooted his chair back a bit, and the panel shifted with him, all the stats laid out in neat rows.
Garrett stood by the main console, his left hand hovering in front of the panel while his right scribbled notes at lightning speed.
“Chief Advisor, everyone’s got their attribute panel now. The numbers are different for each person,” he reported.
Lana didn’t respond. Her eyes were glued to the three lines at the bottom of her own panel.
Celestial Vital Flame: 14 (-10)
