As soon as Thalia acknowledged that the men in the surveillance video were from her father’s and Armando’s team, I growled low and menacingly. Isaiah did too, though he doesn’t understand why. He is just following my lead.

‘Thalia, we need to tell Isaiah your past. So he doesn’t get swayed by anything that Dieg Armando could say to bring doubt.’ I said. “Then you and I need to talk about my wolf pack more in depth.’

Thalia is still looking at the video and I’m not getting anything in the mate bond from h like her entire body and being went still. She shifted her eyes to me and nodded her head guess that’s my green light. I will talk to her about that too.

“Isaiah, you may want to sit down. What I’m about to talk to you about is going to upset you. You need to keep Samson calm too.” I said.

Isaiah raised an eyebrow at me and I hear Thalia mutter something about eyebrows. Another thing to talk about later. That will be more fun though.

“Okay, Samson is on ice too. What’s up?” Isaiah asks.

I begin explaining Thalia’s past to Isaiah. Thalia fills in gaps where Isaiah has questions. She also shows the gash on her abdomen, though not the whole gash. The entire time, Isaiah’s eyes look murderous. The Willis men don’t tolerate women being abused. We don’t care who the abuser is either, so I understand why my brother is upset.

When we are done, Isaiah is clearly in need of letting Samson out. “Do you need to go run?”

He nods and runs out of my office and I look at Thalia. “He will be a while.” I said.

“You were a while too. It’s okay. I really hate talking about my past, but we probably should tell Jonah and Rory too. That way all ranked members know.” She said.

“Okay. We will make time with them. Rory is going to flip. Just letting you know. She’s an Alpha female by birth. Her temper rivals her brothers.” I smirked.

Thalia smiles tightly, and I know the whole conversation makes her uncomfortable. So I decide to switch gears. “Let’s talk about Leon and me and this pack.”

“Yeah, Nyx says your special. I don’t understand why you haven’t told me.” She said, and she almost sounds hurt.

I sit next to her on the couch and hold her hands, “These are the Moon Goddess’ rules. You will understand after I explain. I would not have been able to tell you until our mate bond was complete. Now that it is, I can tell you everything. However, you also cannot say anything or by the Moon Goddess’ rules, everything goes away.” I said.

I explain how my mother was already blessed but ending up receiving an additional blessings with being resistant to silver. I tell her about how Jane can see escape routes or rescue routes depending on the situation before it’s needed and how my dad hears the Moon Goddess when he needs to act on something quickly. By the time I’m done explaining everything she is looking at me with wide eyes and mouth open. Yeah, it’s a lot to take in.

“So all your siblings have these blessings too?” She asked.

“Yes. It comes after doing the blood pact. But the secrecy is important. If it ever got out, th the Moon Goddess will pull the blessings away from all of us. So I couldn’t tell you until w completed our mate bond.”

“So what is your special gift?” She asked.

“I can make people do what I want. They will stay alive until they complete the order. I’m pretty ruthless in my orders too. I’ve been know to ask for some pretty terrifying things.” I said. “Plus, my speed is faster and strength is greater, too. Leon’s speed especially. When we shift, we are extremely fast.”
