Chapter 157 The Anniversary Guests
Lira Voss’s POV:
Chloe actually trembled, physically shaken by the sheer pressure of my dual-wolf spirits.

As I kept looming over her, she instinctively scrambled backward until she hit the floor with a dull thud.
Seraphina and the others rushed to help Chloe up, her eyes rimmed with red. “Lira, that’s too much! How can you bully Chloe like that? She was only being nice because you’re a low-rank Omega!”
I let out a harsh, mocking laugh. “Bullying her, Seraphina? Did I hit her? Did I curse at her? Or did I force her to come over here and make a fool of herself? Like you said, I’m just a low-rank Omega. How exactly could I bully her? Your logic is a mess.”
Seraphina opened her mouth to retort but found herself completely speechless.
I didn’t give her another glance. I just looked at Laura and said, “Let’s go.”
We turned our backs on them and walked away without looking back.
Seraphina watched Lira leave, her brows furrowed and her fists clenched tight.
Her eyes flashed with a flicker of murderous intent.
It seemed this “low-rank Omega” was far more dangerous and complicated than she’d realized!
She needed a better plan-one that would break Lira Voss once and for all.
By the afternoon, the school was fully decked out in vibrant colors, banners, and slogans. Every corner was covered in streamers, screaming how big this event was.
When Sally and I reached the auditorium, it was already packed to the rafters.
We found a couple of seats tucked away in a quiet corner.
A moment later, the school board filed in, followed by the Principal, who was beaming as he led a prestigious-looking group. I recognized several high-ranking officials from the core Packs that my subordinates had briefed me on back at Hidmoon. However, the people in the center were total strangers, and their scent was unlike anything I’d ever smelled.
Victoria whispered inside me that they weren’t even the same race of werewolves as us
As I was wondering who they were, Sally leaned in and whispered. “See those people in the middle? My brother said they’re top-tier nobility from the Maynard Continent. Those families basically run every Pack
over there.
“Why would people like that come to the Silverwhip Pack instead of the Thunder Pack? Isn’t that supposed

to be the heart of our world?”
I watched the leaders in the center and hummed thoughtfully. “Silverwhip has massive growth potential. It makes sense they’d want a piece of the pie.
“Plus, Silverwhip is the leader in business and freedom. It’s the perfect place for networking. They can get way more resources here than they ever could at the Thunder Pack.”
Sally looked at me with wide-eyed realization. “Lira, you’re incredible! How do you know all this stuff? My brother talks about this for hours and it never makes this much sense. Is there anything you can’t do?”
I just gave her a small smile and stayed silent.
I couldn’t exactly tell her that I was the future Alpha of Hidmoon and had been trained by Elder Enid since I was a pup.
Add to that the mental boost from my dual-wolf spirits, and this kind of analysis was basic instinct for me.
The performances started, and I had to admit, for the best high school in the Silverwhip Pack, there were some real talents. The show was actually entertaining.
Finally, it was Seraphina’s turn. Objectively, her dance was flawless. Every movement and look was perfect. Combined with her beauty and noble status, she was an instant hit.
When she finished, the room erupted in thunderous applause, with half the male wolves whispering about wanting her as their mate.
After Seraphina took her bow, the host walked back onto the stage.
He gave a generic speech before suddenly turning his gaze toward me, a knowing smile on his face. “And now, we have a special performance by Lira Voss!”
