Chapter 184
Flynn Group
Sebastian sat in his luxurious leather chair, signing documents.
Just then, someone knocked on the office door.
He looked up and said, “Come in.”
Kaelin walked in, his expression serious. “Mr Flynn, I couldn’t get in touch with Ms. Coleman. After checking, I found out she’s at the police station.
Sebastian’s light brown eyes narrowed behind his frameless glasses, a hint of confusion flickering across his handsome face. “What happened?”
Kaelin frowned. “She pushed Mrs. Miya Blackburn, her adoptive sister, down the stairs.”
After a pause, he said gravely, “Mr. Flynn, with her personality being so unstable, are we really sure we want to work with her?”
Sebastian paused in thought. I’ve only met her once, but I don’t believe she’s that kind of person. Where is she being held?”
Kaelin blinked in surprise. “Mr. Flynn, are you really going to see her?”
“Yeah,” Sebastian said. “I’m sure there’s been some kind of misunderstanding. If I can, I want to help her out. After all, she did save my life. It’s the least I can do.”
Kaelin’s look was conflicted, but he still went to find out more.
Night fell.
Thalia was escorted to a solitary cell, iron bars and layers of locks keeping her trapped inside, making escape impossible.
She sat on the wooden cot, her face pale, her gaze vacant,
Just then, a police officer walked over. “Someone wants to see you.”
Thalia’s lashes trembled, and she closed her eyes. “I don’t want to see anyone.”
“Ms. Coleman.”
But then, a gentle, familiar voice spoke up.
Thalia was startled, turning to see Sebastian standing outside, watching her with a warm, gentle smile.
“Mr Flynn, how come you’re here?” Thalia asked, looking bewildered.
Sebastian waved the documents in his hand. “Did you forget about the deal we agreed on, Ms. Coleman? My team couldn’t reach you, so I looked into your whereabouts. I never expected to find you in such an unusual place.”
Thalia’s mind froze for a moment.
He actually knows I’m at the police station, and he still wants to sign a contract? He even showed up in person? Thalia thought, utterly stunned.

Chapter 181
Sebastian gave her a gentle look. “Ms. Coleman, can we sign the contract now?”
S vouchere
Thalia’s lips, dry and cracked, moved as she spoke. “I don’t have a company of my own, and I don’t even hold a position there. I can’t sign anything with you.
I’ve been working so hard just to make the Coleman Group and Flynn Group work together, but now, I don’t see the point
anymore
Sebastian hesitated for a moment; he could tell there was more to what she was saying.
From his investigation, he also learned that the Coleman family showed obvious favoritism toward Mrs. Miya Coleman.
