Chapter 516
Thalia looked at her, her eyes full of confusion. “Viola, what are you talking about?”
“Oh… let me explain,” Viola said, snapping back to reality.
She then told Thalia everything that had happened the night before.
After hearing it all, Thalia was momentarily stunned.
‘Miya poisoned Keith?’ Thalia was completely stunned.
‘Wait, isn’t she Keith’s mom?’
“Why would she do that?’
She turned to Viola and asked, “So, how’s Keith doing now?”

“He’s stable for now,” Jason chimed in. “I saw him myself. The kid looked pitiful, his face was ghostly pale, lips almost purple, and he couldn’t even walk a couple steps without stopping to catch his breath. He’s seriously wiped out.”
Jason’s expression twisted with disgust and anger as he spoke. “Miya is downright vicious. Poisoning her own son? She really outdid herself this time.”
Thalia’s fingers curled slightly.
Keith’s symptoms were eerily similar to Diana’s.
Even after Diana took the antidote, the poison still left its mark on her. Her mind was slow, her thoughts no longer sharp, and she’d often just zone out.
Keith was only three years old. If the poison stayed in his system for too long, it could cause irreversible damage to his body.
‘She’s so vicious, Thalia thought to herself.
Just to threaten Darion, she could actually resort to such a twisted move.’
Thalia turned to Jason again. “So, where do we find the antidote?”
Jason shook his head. “Not sure yet. Darion’s got people watching that old witch, Vicky. Shouldn’t take long to find out.”
“Alright,” Thalia said.
She nodded, not dwelling on it any further.
Wendy showed up just then.
She was wearing a strapless wedding dress, lifting her skirt as she walked, and couldn’t help complaining, “This dress is so uncomfortable. I swear, I’m never getting married again!”

Viola said, laughing, “Wait, are you planning on having multiple weddings or what?”

Wendy realized she’d let something slip, her eyes darting around before she laughed and nodded. “Haha, yeah, we were planning to have several ceremonies, but just taking wedding photos is already exhausting. So maybe just one is enough, what do you think?”
She kept giving Jason frantic signals, hoping he’d catch on.
But Jason just stood there, totally spaced out, staring at her like he’d had one too many drinks, not reacting at all.
Viola snapped her fingers. “Hey, look at you, all dazed. Why are you just standing there, totally stunned?”
Jason snapped out of it, cleared his throat, and said, “Can you blame me? My wife’s gorgeous. Of course I’m mesmerized!”
