I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 678

Chapter 678 I Just Lose Control

Darion’s voice came through the phone, cool and direct. “Isn’t Jason your friend? You two grew up together. Haven’t you seen everything already?”

Thalia’s reply was icy and firm. There was absolutely no way she was going to help him take a bath.

Darion faced her, just as stubborn. “Seeing isn’t the same as touching, Thalia. You know I don’t touch anyone, and no one else even gets to touch me.”

“Then wash yourself,” Thalia replied, her voice unwavering.

Without another word, she put her phone away, resolute as ever.

Darion heard the sound of her phone locking. He pressed his lips together, and after a moment, said, “Can you help me to the bathroom?”

Thalia frowned at his words.

She stared at Darion, feeling helpless. She knew once he made up his mind, there was no way to change it.

She got up, took his arm, and helped him out of bed, leading him to the bathroom.

Once inside, Thalia guided Darion to stand by the side, then pulled out her phone and typed: [Take off your clothes. If I catch you having any… funny reactions, you can forget about getting a bath.]

Darion arched his brow under the bandages and nodded slowly.

He slowly started taking off his clothes, while Thalia turned on the shower and adjusted the water temperature, making sure it was just right.

When Thalia turned around, she found Darion already stripped down, standing there ike it was no big deal.

Her lashes trembled, and without thinking, her eyes swept over him.

She checked the wound on his chest first. It still hadn’t healed, so he couldn’t let it touch water. The rest of his body was covered in scars, some big, some small.

She remembered that he never used to have so many scars.

And every single one of them was from this year.

Every scar on him was because of her.

Thalia’s heart tightened suddenly, as if an invisible hand had gripped it. She felt so suffocated she could barely catch her breath.

She took a deep breath, walked over, grabbed his hand, and wrote with her finger in his palm: [I’ll go ask the nurse for a waterproof patch. Your wound can’t get wet.]

Chapter 67#1.Just Lose Control

‘Okay,” Darion replied.

He stood there quietly, like a well-behaved kid.

Thalia hurried out, and only when her presence faded did Darion finally let out a breath he’d been holding.

He tipped his head back, his throat working as his Adam’s apple moved, trying hard to suppress the heat rising inside him.

But he just couldn’t hold it back.

When it came to her, he had zero self-control.

Frustrated, he stepped under the shower, cranked the water to cold, and let it pour

over him.

He hoped the cold water would help him calm down fast, so she wouldn’t see him like

this.

If she saw him losing control, she’d drop everything and refuse to help anymore.

When Thalia came back, she saw Darion standing under the shower. She gasped and rushed over, dragging him out.

She was so anxious she couldn’t even find the words to scold him, so she just gave him a sharp slap on the shoulder.

He was actually showering in cold water!

Is he trying to make me lose it?’ Thalia thought, completely exasperated.
