Chapter 771 Annoying
Chapter 771 Annoying
“You’re shameless…” Wendy forced herself to say, her voice strained.
She listened to him and managed to insult him, though it took all her effort.
“Baby, your cheeks are all red. You’re so cute. It’s making me even hotter,” Quinn said, holding her as they stepped into the elevator.
The moment the doors slid shut, he couldn’t wait any longer and crashed his lips onto hers. His breath was ragged, his kiss wild and desperate, like he was trying to make up for every kiss they’d missed these past few days.
He pinned Wendy against the cold elevator wall. She flinched, trying to push him away, but he was just too strong. She couldn’t budge him at all.
In the end, she was completely spent. Her lips were numb from his relentless kisses, and her tongue felt like it didn’t even belong to her anymore.
He was wild, desperate, pressing into her with all his strength, not caring if they were still in the elevator or not.
Wendy’s nails dug deep into his shoulders, leaving bloody scratches behind.
But Quinn only got more worked up, kissing her even harder, leaving one hickey after another on her skin.
*****
Two hours of dizzying intensity.
Wendy was completely spent, collapsed on the bed, totally drained. Quinn, utterly satisfied, kissed her back, calling her “baby” again and again.
Then he carried her to the bathroom and cleaned her up.
Wendy barely lifted her eyelids and glanced at the bandage on his waist. It was already soaked with blood.
He never knows when to stop. Now his wound had split open again.
Serves you right!’ Wendy thought to herself.
Hope it hurts like hell!
Maybe you’ll bleed out and die!’
She didn’t even bother to look at him again, just shut her eyes.
Quinn looked at her, his blue eyes darkening.
“Baby, I’m injured. Aren’t you even a little worried about me?” he said, leaning in to kiss her already swollen lips.
Wendy dodged him and snapped, “I can’t wait for you to die.”
Chapter 771 Annoying
“That really hurts my feelings,” Quinn said, totally unfazed. He just kept acting all mushy. “I missed you so much, baby. I was going crazy without you. I love you so much.”
Wendy just snorted coldly. “You don’t know shit about love.”
Quinn didn’t give a damn about her snarky attitude. As long as she stayed by his side, that was all he needed.
He was convinced that sooner or later, she’d end up falling for him.
“Baby, I got you a present. Just get some rest, and when you wake up, I’ll take you to see it,” Quinn said, his hands all over her, not behaving themselves.
As he touched her, his breathing got heavier, but seeing how tired his baby was, he forced himself to stop. He ended up taking a cold shower to calm himself down.
Wendy couldn’t care less about whatever present he was talking about. She just flopped onto the bed and was out like a light in no time.
Quinn changed into fresh clothes, had the doctor re-bandage his wound, and then headed down to the castle’s basement.
The wall lamps cast a dim, gloomy light. The cell’s walls and floor were ice-cold, and a man lay there like a dead dog, the metallic scent of blood hanging heavy in the air. Quinn kicked the iron door and let out a mocking laugh. “Well, well, look at you. What a pathetic sight. If my baby saw you like this, she’d be totally disgusted.”
The man on the ground twitched his fingers, his breathing roughening. With great effort, he lifted his head to look at Quinn standing outside the iron door,
Even in that state, he managed to look up at Quinn with a sneer, his eyes full of contempt and defiance.
Dried blood was crusted all over his face, making it impossible to even recognize who
he was.
He spoke, his voice rough and hoarse. “Let her go. She doesn’t love you at all.”
As soon as that familiar voice rang out, it was clear. This was Jason Campbell, the one who’d gone missing!
