Chapter 794 Not Letting Her
Helen’s eyes brimmed with pain she could barely hide, and she nodded softly.” Natasha, thank you for taking such good care of him.”
Natasha quickly waved her hand. “Really, it’s no trouble at all. He invited me here, so I’ll do everything in my power to make sure he gets better.”
With Thalia’s help, Darion walked over to Keith. He bent down and ruffled the little guy’ s hair, asking softly, “Are you having fun staying with your grandparents?”
“Yeah, I’m happy,” Keith nodded, his eyes bright, then added, “But I still miss you and Tally.”
Keith asked in his small voice, “Can we all live together as a family?”
So I could see Darry and Tally every day.
Darion gave a gentle smile. “Once my eyes are better, we’ll all live together.”
Keith immediately said, “Then you have to get better soon, Darry!”
“Okay,” Darion replied.
Darion stood up and said, “Mom, Keith’s a bit frail. Let’s head inside and talk.”
“Okay,” Helen replied.
Helen slowly pushed the wheelchair, walking beside Darion.
Christmas was just around the corner, and the villa was decked out inside and out. Bells were strung up all around, making the whole place look festive from afar.
The villa felt cozy and warm. Thalia settled her belongings, took a shower, changed into clean clothes, and finally went downstairs.\
Helen was sitting on the couch, talking with Darion, but the atmosphere between mother and son felt a bit stiff.
When Thalia came downstairs, Helen stopped talking and went quiet.
Thalia didn’t mind at all. She just headed straight for the kitchen, planning to grab something to drink.
Just then, Natasha quietly sidled up to her and whispered, “I overheard Helen trying to get Darion to go back to the old house for Christmas, but he’s not having it.”
Thalia’s expression froze for a moment, a hint of confusion flickering in her clear eyes.
‘Why doesn’t he want to go back?’ Thalia wondered.
Natasha seemed to notice Thalia’s confusion and leaned in, lowering her voice even more. “Helen said since you and Darion are about to get divorced, it’s not really appropriate for you to spend Christmas together anymore. So she’s letting him go

back by himself.”
After saying that, Natasha frowned, clearly not agreeing. “How could she say that? You’ re just about to get divorced, it’s not like you’re divorced yet. Not letting you go back with him for Christmas? That’s just ridiculous.”
Thalia lowered her eyes, her long lashes fluttering. She took a sip of juice, then pulled out her phone and typed, “It’s honestly not surprising she said that. In their minds, Darion and I have nothing to do with each other anymore.”
Especially since Helen treats me like I’m some sort of monster. She thinks Darion’s life is at risk just by being around me. So of course she doesn’t want me coming back for Christmas.
Seeing how calm Thalia was, Natasha’s eyes softened with concern. “It’s fine, you don’ t have to go back. That place was never really your home anyway. If you really cared about Darion, you wouldn’t even be here right now. If he’s got any conscience, he should know what’s right.”
