"What is it? Just say it," Yolanda replied, forcing a composed exterior.
Finn drew a ragged breath.
"Your birthday gala is at the end of the month. I want you to invite Sienna, officially apologize to her in front of everyone, and beg for her forgiveness."
Yolanda's face twisted in horror.
"Are you out of your mind? You want me to apologize to her?"
"An apology is the bare minimum," Finn snapped, cutting her off. "You nearly had her killed. Saying you're sorry is the lightest consequence you could possibly face."
Yolanda's chest heaved with indignation.
She wanted to scream, to lash out, but the sight of Finn's bloodshot eyes and white-knuckled fists stopped her.
He wasn't negotiating. He was giving an ultimatum.
Finally, she ground her teeth together.
"Fine. I agree. I will apologize to her."
Finn offered no further response. As he turned to leave, his eyes flicked toward the carnations on the coffee table.
"By the way, I didn't send those flowers."
Yolanda's pupils constricted.
"Ford ordered them. He told me to play along and let you believe they were from me."
Finn's tone was ice-cold.
"I played my part. But that was the very last time."
Yolanda stood frozen in the lavish living room, her face ashen.
As Finn headed for the door, he spotted Ford standing in the foyer.
Ford's dark eyes were unreadable, revealing neither anger nor approval.
Normally, the moment Finn saw his older brother, he would eagerly step forward to greet him with genuine warmth.
But today, Finn acted as though Ford wasn't even there, brushing straight past him.
Ford's jaw tightened.
"Stop right there."
Finn cast a sideways glance at him.
"What?"
Ford slipped instantly into his authoritarian role, his tone chilling.
