After returning to the Silvermoon Pack, Laila did not go to rest immediately. Instead, she headed to the study with Viola.

She shared her suspicions about Tiffany in detail.

“That smile of hers… and the faint scent on her body. I keep feeling like it’s familiar somehow.”

Viola did not overthink it, but she immediately agreed. “Alright, I’ll have people investigate her right away. We’ll dig up every last detail about that wretched woman’s background.”
