My Reborn Admirer Wins Over My Heart (Oriana) novel Chapter 65

**He Returned to Break and Own Me and for His Queen – Chapter 65: Noah’s Decision**

As the days turned into weeks, Oriana found herself visiting more frequently, and with each passing moment, Noah felt an undeniable pull towards her.

When she occupied his room, lost in her own world of games and laughter, he would often find himself standing silently behind her, captivated by her joy. The way she concentrated, her brow furrowed in determination, made his heart swell.

On nights when she perched on the windowsill, the soft glow of the moon illuminating her features, he would anticipate her needs before she even voiced them. He’d have the right color pencil ready, watching as she transformed blank paper into vibrant sketches that spoke of her imagination and dreams.

Then there were those tender moments when Oriana, with a heart full of love, crafted a surprise birthday gift for her grandmother. Hiding away in his room, she would struggle with the delicate paper, her fingers clumsy and uncooperative. After a long day of frustration, she’d cried herself to sleep, and when dawn broke, the completed craft lay beside her, a testament to her perseverance.

As she reflected on those memories, a wave of embarrassment washed over Oriana, causing her body to squirm uncomfortably. Her cheeks flushed a deep crimson, and she found herself burying her face in the pillow, overwhelmed by the mix of nostalgia and shyness.

She recalled her mischievous childhood antics, the way she used to sneak into others’ spaces, demanding companionship as if it were her right. Wasn’t this situation just a more sophisticated version of her youthful exploits?

Finally, with her heart racing and her face still warm, she tossed the pillow aside, gasping for breath as if the weight of her thoughts was too much to bear.

Suddenly, the sound of her phone pinging broke her reverie, startling her. She quickly unlocked it, her heart racing with anticipation.

“Hey? Babe? You there? How’ve you been lately?”

The messages from Zara flooded in, each one more dramatic than the last.

“Oriana, it’s been four days! Four whole days without a word from you! Are you upset with me?”

“I can’t take it anymore! I’m so bored all alone in Seabar. I have to fly to Jindiwood right now just to see you!”

Oriana blinked in surprise, her fingers flying over the keyboard as she typed back, “Bored? Want me to spill some juicy gossip?”

“Gossip? Oh, you know I love that! Spill it!”

Without missing a beat, Zara sent a video message, and Oriana felt a thrill of excitement.

When Oriana answered the call, Zara gasped dramatically. “Whoa! Oriana, don’t say a word yet. Let me guess—are you with your contract husband? Please tell me you’re not doing anything reckless! Playing with a man is one thing, but dating? That’s a whole different game!”

Oriana’s face flushed an even deeper shade of red. “Zara, what on earth are you talking about?”

“Don’t blame me for overthinking! You bat those eyelashes and blush like that; it’s impossible not to suspect something is brewing!”

Leaning closer to the camera, Oriana could feel the heat radiating from her cheeks. She couldn’t hide her embarrassment. “Zara, I think I’ve figured out why Micah agreed to marry me.”

Noah felt a bittersweet pang in his heart. The Caldwell legacy had been nurtured through generations of only children, and by the time it reached Micah, it was at its zenith. They had the freedom to act, as long as they adhered to the law.

However, Micah had always been the solitary type, rigid in his ways, refusing to leverage any of the family’s resources. Noah often wished Micah had been a bit more reckless, a troublemaker, because otherwise, all the family’s hard work over the years would be in vain. They had sacrificed so much to ensure that the next generation could live freely and enjoy life to the fullest.

“Thank goodness, I can finally see the light after all these clouds,” Noah sighed, a mixture of hope and concern flooding his thoughts. “But at this rate, will I even get the chance to meet their baby?”

“No, the most pressing matter now is making sure his wife doesn’t run off in two years!”

Noah’s eyes suddenly sparkled with an idea. The newlyweds had only been married for a few days, and he felt a strong urge to check in on them, to see how their new life was unfolding.

Handing the watering can over to Albert, he announced, “Get the car ready! I’m heading to Jindiwood University Medical College to see Oriana.”

“On it!”

At Jindiwood University Medical College, James had arrived early, preparing a welcoming spot for Luna.

Just as he finished setting up, he noticed someone at the door and greeted them with a warm smile. “Luna, you made it! And Leo, you’re here too?”

As he looked closer, he noticed Luna’s face was drawn, her eyes slightly red. Instinctively, he stepped in front of her, creating a barrier between her and Leo. “Leo, please speak respectfully. Luna is new here; she doesn’t know anything yet.”
