No Sex for Six Years Because of Her? I'm Done novel Chapter 460

Chapter 460 This Isn’t for Me

Amelia’s mind instantly replayed the intense scenes that had almost torn her apart and swallowed her whole. Her body shivered involuntarily.

Her instincts took over, and she quickly behaved herself.

She angrily pulled her lips back, still stubborn, and gave his chest a light punch. There was no force in it at allit was more playful than anything.

Jerk, she muttered. Then, like she’d given up resisting, she cuddled closer to him, adjusted until she was comfortable, and shut her eyes.

If she kept asking questions, she’d only be the one losing out.

Her breathing soon slowed and deepened. She was clearly worn out.

Mason tilted his head slightly. In the soft light of early morning slipping through the window, he quietly looked at her sleeping face.

Her brows were lightly furrowed, as if she were still annoyed in her dreams about not getting an answer.

Her lips still carried the marks of his kisses.

His gaze had never looked that gentle.

Those deep eyes greedily traced every line of her face.

After a long moment, he bent down and placed a light kiss on her smooth forehead.

Silly girl.

Of course it’s because I like you…”

Only you!

Amelia’s consciousness slowly drifted back from the heavy darkness. The first thing she noticed was the sunlight outside. It was bright and warm, almost too much.

She lazily opened her eyes.

An unfamiliar ceiling appeared above her. The air was filled with someone else’s scent mixed with her own, creating a close, lingering feeling.

She shifted slightly, and soreness rushed through her body, making her let out a soft gasp.

Scenes from last night flashed through her mind like a fastforwarded movie, one frame after another.

Her face instantly burned hotter than the sun outside.

She grabbed the blanket and pulled it over her head, trying to hide from those embarrassing memories.

It didn’t help.

Mason’s presence felt impossible to ignore.

Under the blanket, Amelia kicked twice in frustration, yet the corners of her mouth still curved upward. Her heart felt stuffed with sweetness, almost too much to handle.

She stayed in bed for quite a while, until her hungry stomach forced her to face reality. Only then did she slowly get up.

In the bathroom, she saw her reflectionher eyes and brows still carrying traces of last night. She quickly washed up and changed.

Once she was done, Amelia went downstairs.

The large living room was empty and quiet, so quiet she could hear the clock ticking on the wall.

On the dining table, several dishes sat under a glass cover, still warm.

Beside them was a note in Mason’s bold handwriting. Eat when you wake up.

After eating, Amelia cleaned the dishes and put them away. After thinking for a moment, she decided to go out and find everyone.

She headed first to Kaia’s place next door.

The courtyard gate was slightly open. Amelia gently pushed it and saw Kaia organizing herbs laid out to dry.

“Kaia, Amelia called softly.

Kaia turned around. When she saw Amelia, her face lit up with a warm smile. Amelia, you’re up? Did you sleep well?

Yeah, really well.Amelia smiled shyly. No one was home, so I thought you might all be together.”

Not quite.Kaia said, setting the herbs aside and brushing off her hands. Mason said you were worn out from work yesterday and told us not to wake you. He said you’d definitely be hungry when you woke up and asked me to let you know there was food left in the kitchen. Then they took Evan out to the riverbank to get some fresh air.

I already ate. Thank you.Amelia thanked her sincerely, then asked hesitantly, Uhwhich way is the riverbank?

Kaia glanced at the sky, reached under the eaves, and took down a jacket, draping it over her arm. I’m going there too. I’ll take you.”
