That damn Yvonne Jeter. If it hadn't been for her tonight, he wouldn't have been delayed returning home.
If he hadn't gone to the Jeters, Stella wouldn't have gone out, and she wouldn't be missing right now.
Where exactly did she go?
Why couldn't he get through to her phone?
Jason was shocked. "What? Boss, use all your connections to find her right now! I'll activate my network and start looking too."
"I will. Keep her disappearance quiet for now. Whatever you do, do not let Grandma find out. She won't be able to handle the shock."
"Got it, Boss."
After hanging up with Jason, Julius immediately called Marsh.
"Boss, you finally called! I was going crazy! Did you not get any of the messages I sent?"
"No." Julius frowned deeply. He hadn't received a single notification from Marsh.
"Oh, damn. Boss, your phone must have been hacked."
"I'll call you right back. Let me deal with this first."
Julius ended the call, strode into his study, booted up his laptop, and his fingers flew across the keyboard.
Just as Marsh suspected, his phone had been infected with a virus.
The hacker was incredibly skilled, practically on par with him, which explained why he hadn't noticed a thing.
To avoid alerting him, the virus allowed outgoing calls, but blocked all incoming calls and messages entirely.
There were very few people in the world with hacking skills better than his. Who was behind this?
And what was the point of isolating his communication?
His anxiety for Stella spiked. He wiped the virus from his phone in record time and immediately called Marsh back.
Julius immediately issued his command. "Mobilize everyone right now! Full cooperation with the police to investigate this!"
"Yes, Boss."
"Wait, Marsh. Get all the guys together. I'm taking you to a location first. We might just find what we're looking for."
Stella was stunningly beautiful, she had been tailed yesterday, and now she was unreachable. It had to be Gideon Kaye.
He should have realized it sooner.
That damn Yvonne Jeter!
Julius cursed Yvonne in his mind once again, swearing that once he found Stella, he was going to make the Jeter family pay in blood.
Her parents were absolutely involved. Replaying the night's events in his head, he realized Byron might have been in the dark, but Catherine was undoubtedly an accomplice.
Since they had the nerve to set him up, they had better be prepared for the consequences.
