Queen of Wild Cards novel Chapter 301

After clarifying what happened the previous night, she added, "Mom, Dad, Naylor, Eliza, if Zoe continues like this, it's only a matter of time before something terrible happens. It's time you seriously disciplined her. If you let her keep running wild, she's going to completely disgrace the Calvert family.

Vincent made it clear last night that she is never to step foot in the Vaughn residence again, just to ensure their family isn't dragged into any scandalous headlines.

And then there's Julius. You all know he's not just the CEO of Blackwood Group; his mother is my sister-in-law. This puts me in an incredibly difficult position."

Last night, she had been caught in the middle, humiliated on all sides.

Kemp Calvert fell silent after hearing his daughter's words. The Blackwood Group's immense wealth and power meant they were untouchable, and the Vaughn family's background was far too distinguished to offend. This granddaughter of his was simply out of control!

Renata looked at her son and daughter-in-law. It was their daughter, and as parents, they were her guardians. She decided to hear what they had to say first.

Naylor Calvert was also silent.

Ever since his daughter had met Julius at the Vaughn estate three years ago, she had been nursing a delusional unrequited love, doing countless foolish things and ignoring all their advice.

He and his wife had tried communicating with her, but it was useless.

Later, when rumors spread that Julius had been in an accident and didn't have long to live, she had finally given up.

He hadn't expected that now that Julius was recovered, she still wouldn't let him go. It seemed they really couldn't let things continue this way. Just as Suzanne said, it was a disaster waiting to happen.

He spoke with a heavy heart, "We'll send her abroad."

His wife, Eliza, agreed, "Her behavior has become increasingly outrageous. Sending her away is for the best. She definitely needs some strict discipline."

Her daughter hadn't always been like this. Ever since she became lovesick and obsessed, she had turned into a completely different person.

Sending her overseas to face reality and build some character was the right move. She had been far too spoiled at home; a little hardship would do her good.

Seeing that her brother and sister-in-law had made a decision, Suzanne said, "Whether it's abroad or elsewhere, as long as she has something to occupy her time, she won't be having these wild fantasies. I'll be heading back now."

They seemed like incredibly powerful people.

Since she wasn't known for her patience, waiting all day for answers wasn't an option, so she decided to drop by the Blackwood Group to find him.

She got out of bed, washed up, and grabbed a quick bite to tide her over. She figured she'd have a proper lunch with Julius at his office, so she didn't eat much.

When Julius heard the knock on his door, he said, "Come in," without even looking up.

After a long moment of waiting for the document to be placed on his desk, he finally raised his head, ready to reprimand Sean, only to see his beautiful wife standing before him.

His stoic expression instantly melted into a warm smile, bringing a sudden brightness to the cold, serious office.

"Stella, what are you doing here?" His voice was undeniably thrilled.
