Queen of Wild Cards novel Chapter 332

Down on the mat, the competitors—especially the shorter Veridian fighter the men had just been mocking—displayed incredible explosive power.

They were currently engaged in a two-on-two staff battle. Whoever had their weapon knocked from their hands would lose.

While the Veridian fighters weren't as tall or heavily built as their opponents, they made up for it with extreme agility, executing their moves with effortless grace.

Unsurprisingly, Veridia Country won the match.

Stella clapped enthusiastically and screamed at the top of her lungs, "Veridia Country is the best!"

Her voice was rich, commanding, and had an incredible piercing quality to it—as if she were shouting directly into a microphone. And she didn't just yell it once.

Her energy infected the rest of the arena, and soon, all the Veridian fans in the audience began chanting along with her: "Veridia Country is the best!"

In an instant, she had completely taken over the rhythm and mood of the crowd.

Julius had never seen her this animated before, but he just let her be. As long as she was happy, he was happy.

But... how did her voice carry that much weight? It felt like it was laced with some sort of unseen inner strength.

Did she actually possess inner energy?

How was that possible?

How could someone so young have cultivated that kind of core power?

Did she practice ancient martial arts?

Just who exactly was her master?

How many secrets was this little woman hiding?

For the rest of the matches, Stella watched quietly, her earlier excitement fading since there were no more Veridian fighters scheduled for the day. Their next matches were set for tomorrow.

When the afternoon sessions ended and people began to file out, Stella silently trailed the group of men from earlier for a few moments. Afterward, she and Julius left hand-in-hand through a different exit.

Once outside, Julius decided to take her straight back to their accommodation.

The photos clearly showed the same blonde and platinum-haired guys Stella had chewed out earlier.

"Haha, serves them right! That's what they get for being so arrogant!"

Julius took his phone back, looking at her in amusement. "You don't seem surprised at all."

"What's there to be surprised about?"

Julius leaned in closer. "Oh?"

Stella gave him a light push. "What do you mean, 'oh'? I did it. I couldn't stand looking at them. Is that a problem?"

"Not at all. I fully support it. Great job. I just had no idea you had moves like that." He had been right beside her the whole time and hadn't seen her do a thing. How on earth had she pulled it off?

"I thought you were going to turn me in for knowing I did it."

Julius feigned offense. "How could I? Is that really what you think of me?"
